Didnt show up at airport- I had forwarded all the flight info and we were supposed to have someone waiting with a sign and our name. Called the company 2x and waited an additional 40 min in the heat. Finally a man came but no sign with our name. Very frustrating. I let Viator rep know, she also called them and got hung up on! Would not recommend!
