Great place! They listed the trip to provide tickets but they did not. So we had to pay for entrance and food

I had such a wonderful time on this tour with Tien! He was attentive to all my needs and made me feel comfortable at all times! He would always give recommendations and ask for my input, which was greatly appreciated! He also made sure we saw the golden bridge not once, but twice, just because I wanted to! Amazing experience! Highly recommend this to everyone!

I hate to leave a 2 star review as we have had exceptional tours with Via tours in the past. In this case the guide was wonderful and the tour was great but our driver was sick. Very sick with a disgusting cold, cough and nasal drainage. We were stuck in the van for an hour with a very sick driver. The guide was kind enough to give a mask to my 83 year old mother. But she ended up with a terrible cold in spite of the mask. Not good.
