Wow! Tomy (Hiep) knew his stuff, his history and culture and communicated it with such a passion and diligence that took the whole tour onto another level. arrived on time, friendly, professional, considerate and had a delightful subtle sense of humour. From the moment we were picked up from our hotel, Tomy took care of all the details big and small and made the tour a stress free experience. he is also an amazing photographer who went above and beyond by taking photos of us, all of them were amazing, showing his passion for details and flair for photography and an obvious appreciation and depth of knowledge for the culture, history and lifestyle, past and present of Da Nang and Hoi An. Lunch and dinner was incredible, each with at least four different delicious local dishes. Thank you Tomy, Your attentiveness and attention to detail made this tour an unforgettable experience is noted and appreciated. We particularly liked your last minute organising the boat trip to launch the lantern candles at Hoi An. we love all the photos you took of us too.
