Dear Jo Sirum, Our driver showed up and could not find you. I had messaged on you the booking and asked you to contact directly in advance so that we could support you quickly during the trip but you did not do it till it was late. Our driver got stuck at another pick up point and when he got back, you just quitted and asked to cancel and refund. We supported that. We did not scam. We have proof that our driver showed up there.
