Ok tour, but description failed to mention the hundreds of stairs and over 3 miles of walking. Guide was so far ahead of people at the back of the bus or slower folks it was easy to get lost or left behind.

We sincerely apologize that the tour description did not clearly mention the number of stairs and the walking distance involved. Your comment is very valuable, and we will review and update our program details to ensure better transparency for future guests.
We also regret that the pace of the tour and guidance may not have been suitable for everyone. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We will work closely with our guides to ensure they maintain better group coordination and support all guests, especially those who may need a slower pace.

Outstanding value. A wonderful experience with a very good, plentiful lunch at a very scenic restaurant. Our guide, Vi, was nice and knowledgeable. We received an included special pick up and drop off at the port to the us to the van with a total of 12 tourists for the tour. An overall excellent, outstanding value.

Sites were good but I could hardly hear what the tour guide was saying and when I did, I could hardly understand what she was saying. (The majority of people on the tour were Asian). I spoke to the tour guide Vi about it and she said she would speak slower. This lasted for about 90 minutes. I ended up having to read about the sites that we attended in order to find out about them. I would recommend going to these sites, just not with this company. I might as well have done this tour alone as I was not getting any information from the tour guide. Half the time, I wasn’t sure what language she was speaking in.

The tour organizers were very professional. We got contacted the day before about pick up time and everything else went smoothly. The guide, Loan, was lovely—friendly but not overwhelming. Lunch was delicious and the restaurant quite beautiful. Highly recommend! (One minor note is that we were the first to be picked up and the pick up of all other guests took about an hour. There is nothing one can do about this but probably just good to keep in mind to be mentally prepared).

Even the weather wasn't great, even our group was big and diverse so the guide Lane declared everything twice in English + Vietnamese (we booked eglish speaking tour!), but she was so knowledgeable and kind than couldn't put lower score than 5

Great day out with Loan, it was super hot out so I would not do this activity again, but still would recommend to friends. Appreciated the whatsapp message the night before with a more accurate pickup time for the tour.
The pearl sales pitch/bathroom stop wasn't too necessary but most viator tours have these stops and the operators get some sort of kickback so I guess they have to make money too.
we were given plenty of time to take pictures and/or explore on own and Loan was happy to take some pix of us as well. For the citadel tour, I appreciated that she recommended everyone follow her on the tour as I wasn't about to self explore with the large size of the city. I think it was just enough walking - any more would have been too tiring in the heat.
