Worst tour we had in our 2 weeks in Peru. -Van couldn’t pick us up from hotel because area was busy. Understandable but we were made to walk to the next hostel about 7-10 min. away at 3 am to pick up more people before getting in the van. -Breakfast was included but it consisted of 1 boiled egg and 2 pieces of bread per person. This was at 6 am so we were pretty hungry by lunch (that we had to pay for) at 1 pm. -Our tour guide did the tour in both Spanish and English, but as the only English speakers we didn’t get the same experience. We know enough Spanish to understand the gist of most of what she said but only about half was translated so we missed a lot. -Because this is the Colca Canyon full day tour we assumed we would see a lot of the deep canyon. We saw only one lookout spot (Cruz del Condor). Then, instead of driving further to see more we immediately drove back out to the valley. So if you’re hoping to see lots of canyon views don’t book this tour. -To enter the national park (for about 30 minutes as mentioned above), it cost us 70 soles per person. Cash only and the tour guide could not give us an answer on whether we would be able to get our 60 soles change. I should have looked up the price before but we were just shocked at the inability of our tour guide to give us answers about payment. -When I did ask for my change our tour guide brushed us off and fussed at me to wait until later. -One of the stops was at the local hot springs. By this point we were low on cash (see above) and asked if we could opt out. She said no because we needed to support local communities. However, as we were at the hot springs we realized that 3 others from our group had indeed opted out and were sitting in a shaded area. Felt incredibly rushed all day long with a tour guide who didn’t want to be there. Company needs to update listing as well. One part says that entrance fees and lunch are included and another part says it’s not. Spoiler alert none of it was included.

Good Morning: Sorry to read your bad review. The pick up wasn's possible from your hotel because all the street around the city center were closed as It was Halloween and people take all the street. We have sent you a previous e-mail indicating the pick up time and what to carry, specially cash money for paying entrance fees and lunch. Its not true the entrance to the National reserve is 70 soles, this entrance allows to visit the canyon and Its highlights. Of course in one day tour is not possible to go to the deepest part of the canyon. Also as we have mentioned in our e-mail, the road is under maintenance works, for this reason the road is closed during some hours and for not being stop for several hours we are doing the vist a little faster Best Regards
