An enjoyable couple of hours.

A good way to spend a couple of hours to learn about the history of the AIS. The guide was very knowledgeable.

5 stars!

Wonderful tour! Our guide is currently an athlete at the AIS and was a wealth of knowledge. You get to see a fair bit of the place and if you’re lucky enough, some athletes might be training!

A good incite into this facility, especially touring just after the Olympics. We had a well informed guide and is was interactive so kids can enjoy. Fun and informative

Rip off.

Empty halls - boring. No athletes to be seen - boring. Everything we saw could have been a photo, all those facilities for 120 athletes and no evidence of the return on investment. You should be selling the facility to is punters! Guide was good (WA 1500m swimmer)

Great

Visiting AIS

Helen_S, May 2024
Enjoyed the immersive activities in the Sportex complex. As a swimmer, loved seeing the aquatic centre. The gym was amazing and we were lucky to see a gymnast practising. A great facility, that I wish existed , while I swam completivly!

Love ❤️ playing the different activities in the first part of the tour and see how large the training areas are amazing place with lots of photos of the amazing athletes

Showing its age.

Andrew_N, Oct 2023
The guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. On arrival we visited the sport interactive zone but some of the activities were out of order. For a sporting nation our government needs to support its athletes more.

Excellent!

Interactive zone. Throwing basketballs, kicking goals and wheel chair racing. It was good to see training areas and see Georgia Goodwin, Australia's best gymnast doing a routine in gym.

Jacqueline B, Jul 2016
It was really interesting and the tour guide was great. It was disappointing though that about half of the activities at the beginning of the tour were broken / out of order so the 45 minutes activities would have been great if everything was working but it wasn't. Needs some TLC.
