Our city tour with Richard was awesome! His communication before picking us up at our hotel was great. Daniel picked us up at a location very near to where we were staying then told us he could have picked us up at our hotel. So kind! We covered alllllll the highlights of this amazing town and learned so much! It's obvious how much Danial loves the history of this country as we are going home with such an appreciation of the culture. We know very little Spanish and his English was amazing! He was able to share info and answer our many questions. We definitely recommend this tour and hope you get Daniel as your guide!

Great tour across several city neighborhoods, so you get a good sense of the city. Sebastian our guide was so great about accommodating our 5 hour flight delay, and giving us the local’s perspective on living here.

A superb day trip with our enthusiastic & knowledgeable guide Ariel (and helpfully organised by Priscilla and Roccio). Ariel shared his passion for the city with insights regarding the many Italian immigrants between the wars and their hardships. Highlights included visits to the imposing 20m sculpture Floralis Generica, the beautiful roses and grounds of the Rosedal De Palermo, a tour of the embassy district and a racecourse, views of the Obelisk, Avenida de Mayo, a visit to the Museo Evita (at our own request), the huge bookshop within an old theatre (El Ateneo), followed by a tour of the colourful Caminito district of La Boca with a flavour of tango dancers and street art, some showing the impoverished living conditions of the settlers, with a lunch stop at a famous steak cafe overlooking the exotic street. We saw the famous D-shaped football ground of La Bombonera decked in its vibrant blue & yellow (after a Swedish flagged ship arriving in the port) and effigies of famous sons Maradona & Messi. Back across the city we wandered around the San Telmo market full of alluring smells, leather goods and antiques, then on to the classical Parliament buildings and the Plaza de Mayo with its elegant Cathedral (home of former Pope Francis) and the pink government building of the Casa Rosada, with the famous balcony used by various Presidents and Eva Peron to appeal to the crowds below. Finally a visit to the emotive tombs and mausoleum of the rich and famous at Recoleta including the final resting place of Eva Peron within the Duarte family tomb. An excellent day’s tour of a very fine city, brought alive by our passionate guide who tailored the event to our needs - definitely worth booking the six hour tour!

We booked on a short notice. Everything worked perfectly well from booking until returning to our cruise ship. The driver was at the meeting point even half an hour too early, drove safely, was a good guide and extremely friendly. Overall, a perfect experience!

Cristian was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited and was very eager to share that with us. He showed us all the sites that we read about and were encourage to see. He took the time to make sure we saw it all!
He gave additional recommendations on places to eat especially in the vicinity of our hotel.
He was very pleasant. He did not rush us or push us to do anything. He was a great driver! We had a great time!
I would highly recommend both the service and Cristian.

Our guide for the 4 hours was Christian, who did an amazing job of showing us so much of the city in such a short time. We were picked up on time and shown all the main sights, spending more time in the areas we specifically wanted to see. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain a lot about the history of all the sights. We would certainly recommend this experience especially if your time in the city is limited.

This tour was awesome! It was a 4-hour private tour that we booked as a family of 4. Our guide, Andres "Andy" was amazing, very friendly, bilingual (English and Spanish) and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his city. It gave us a very good overview of the city with in-depth exploration of some sites and a lot of good and valuable information! I would recommend this tour in a heartbeat and it was worth every penny! Highly, highly recommended!

Our friend Andy took us to interesting places, and he timed the visits to avoid large tour bus groups. We had most of the paces to ourselves. He told us about the history of the places we visited, and also showed us places that the bus tours don’t go. He asked about places we’d seen and didn’t duplicate them. A great way to see BA!

Sergio was great! He took me to all of the best spots in Buenos Aires and explained the importance of everywhere we went. We saw all the major highlights of the city in our one day there. Pablo was wonderful company and shared fascinating historical details at every stop. He also went above and beyond by helping with our luggage and dropping us off at the airport. Communication was excellent the day before the tour through WhatsApp.

Booked and paid for a 6 hour city tour with a friend with a 10am hotel pickup, 10.15 came and went so we got in touch with the tour operator who told us the guide would be with us in 5 minutes, this went on and on until 11am when a taxi driver called Sergio turned up to pick up 'Valerie' for the cruise port, it turned out this was our guide for the day !
Although Sergio was a very nice man he wasn't the English speaking guide we had Booked, he took us to see all of the things we asked to see and more but waited in the taxi while we looked around , the cemetery of recoverable was the biggest disappointment as we didn't know who's graves we were looking at .
We paid £165 + for this 6 hour tour but Sergio had been told it was a 4 hour one , he did give us a 6 hour tour but it was a lot of messing around to start with.
We were also messaged this morning asking if we could pay him cash ! No we could not as we had already paid Thankyou verymuch!
We feel we were fobbed off with a taxi driver because there was a cruise ship in town and guides were needed for the cruise ship passengers.
VERY BAD customer service especially as we messaged the tour operator last night to confirm pick up time and place and then this morning I had to give details all over again.
We are only in buenos aires for 1 day so wanted to make the most of the day but it was a stressful start to what should of been a lovely day.

Two days before the booked tour the tour agent reached out and wanted to change starting time from 11:00am to 14:00pm. We agreed.
Sergio, the tour guide, early this morning (the day of the tour), had changed the starting time back to 11:00am and then no show no communication until 11:26am. He and the tour company then wanted to change starting time to 13:00pm. And then we were told that 13:00pm was not possible. The Argentina Highlights LLC once again wanted to reschedule the tour to 14:00pm. It was too late then for us to do the tour. After wasting a lot of time waiting and rescheduling the tour today, the tour did not happen. We have requested for a refund. So far we haven’t received any refund confirmation yet. Very disappointed.
