I am an experienced snorkelers. Even getting into the water was almost impossible. The Water was so churned up all you could see was sand...on a sandy bottom. NO FISH NOT ANYTHING. The guide was not helpful..3 of the folks were first time snorkelers. So..2 of them wouldn't even try. I would NEVER RECOMMEND.

Hello dear customer, I am very sad to hear that the water was not clear, due to the bad whether we experienced during the month of February, in fact we belive that the wheather has chenged a lot evry where, it dosent happend often, how ever I am sorry for this that happend to you,.
On the other hand let me mentione that our transportation and tour guide were find with the tour that you contracted thru Viator.
I am sorry but we do not manege the whether.

we rec'd a text 2 minutes before we were to be picked up that they would be another 1.5 hours to pick us up. They said we would still have the same amount of time at our destination. We did NOT. We were only able to have 30 minutes free time in Guyabitos instead of 3 hours. We felt this whole trip was overpriced and a "tourist trap" I would not recommend

Hello I am very sorry for this bad experience with the pick up time to begin the activity.
As I mentioned the Tour Guide (Beto) and the driver went to pick you up at Canto Del Sol Puerto Vallarta, insted of Del Canto Condos at Flamingos Nayarit.
That is the reazon why the were late with you and because of that I realy apologize for this inconvenience.
On the other hand my tour guide reported us that all participants on the activity were very happy with the tour and the food, in fact Beto the Tour guide ask you all, if they wanted to spend some more time after lunch, everybody decided to stay there no so long.
Our transportation was on a Srinter Mercedes Benz, very comfortable and the snorkel equipment in very good shapes.
Once more I really apologize for being late for the pick up time, I will take in inmidiate action to reinforce the points to be pick up on this activity.
The original point in this case was at Royal De Cameron Complex, not at your Condo, how ever for future reservations, we will keep same point to avoid to have an experience like this for some other customers.

We really loved this tour and we our excellent guide. The trip was a private and nice transportation. Its was only the 2 of us so we got to as the guide all the questions he is also very knowledgeable. We made a stop at the fruit market and it was great.

The most memorable part was our boat captain telling us a story that basically boiled down to he thought we’d been ripped off for booking the tour 🙃
The guys on the boat and the tour guides were all very friendly and fun, but the snorkelling was mediocre and the beach on the mainland was super dirty.
