The boarding was too difficult. This needs to be advertised as what you have to do to get aboard the boat. It spoiled the whole cruise for me as I spent the whole time stressing about getting off. The food was great for everyone else EXCEPT ME. I am gluten free & my choice was rice crackers & packet biscuits while everyone else had lovely treats.
The photos on your advertising do not give a true representation of what you can see. There is no chance we could see the dolphins clearly.
On a positive note, the crew we really great.

We have seen dolphins as our guides are very experienced and pointed them out.
A lot of snacks and drinks available. We finished tour with watching a beautiful sunset!

So beautiful out on the bluest sea. The dolphins didn’t show but that was ok it was an adventure looking for them and spotting other sea life. The crew were fabulous. The sunset while out on the water was stunning. So pretty. Well worth going and would do it again.
