Only got a Crockodile tour, the rest was cancelled due to low numbers. Did not get any refund. Poor value for money paid

That during the wet season tours get cancelled either due to the fact that they do not have enough people or due to the bad weather. I only got 1 out of 3 out of the scheduled tour, but received no refund at all.

We were supposed to be going to Matsos for lunch, which we were really looking forward to, however, once we were picked up and on our way, we were told we weren't going there and going to Rooeys instead and we would get our meals quicker - a few not happy. We had 1hr to eat, which was fair enough. We arrived and took 5mins or so as they couldn't find our booking. Put in a back room eventually. Chose platter from menu and told unavailable. Other couple chose something - not available so chose another dish. We had to leave at 2.30pm. But we still didn't have our meal until 2.10pm. The other couple didn't get theirs until 2.20pm !! Their meat was to be med/rare - it was very WELL DONE so couldn't eat it - especially in 10mins. Driver came in and said we need to go now or we'll miss the crocodile farm tour. The other couple were getting a refund. They didn't get to have any lunch and we had to rush ours and leave half finished drinks. Driver had to stop and pick up another couple - we still got there before designated time. Also, clock in the bus is 3 1/2mins fast.

This wa one of the best holidays I have experince in my travesl to ver 92 nations around the globe. The tour guides were welll informed and informative. I liked the spirit they brought to the experieinces. The most memorable were the ancient dinosaur boat trip and the crocodile park. Was an awesome experience and the host was amazing at providing us with the information we asked of him as well as providing us with his own information. The crocodile park was incredible and such an incredible experience being up close and personal with the crocodiles. My only downside is that I would have liked to have had more time at the Broome museum as that was very rushed and some of us did not get to see the full museum, as we needed to get to Matsos for a certain time period

It was an okay tour but nothing special. In my opinion the crocodile sanctuary was the most educational and interesting. Our tour guide was a nice young woman but did not appear qualified for the position of leader. She was hesitant in giving hard facts, giggled quite a bit and seemed uncomfortable dealing with adults. With time and more training I'm sure she will grow into the position but, she's not there yet.

Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park was fantastic. Matso's brewery was a great place to stop for lunch. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable and great company. It was great how he provided extra tickets to the museum if we wanted to return and the crocodile park was awesome. Also the customer service when booking was brilliant.

We had Sherry as our tour guide, she was so much fun, we had only 3 on the tour at the start .... the museum was interesting. then onto Matsos for lunch great atmosphere very enjoyable .... This was such a great way to learn about some of Brooke’s history. Our tour guide, Gabby, was very knowledgeable and it was great to have some local insights. I’d highly recommend going on a tour with Gabby as tour guide!
