Was great to have the boat for just 4 people. We were able to set our own schedule. Lunch was excellent. The colour of the water is beautiful. Snorkelling was not great because of the conditions but that is not any fault of the operators. Wouldn’t go to log island again it was crowded and very touristy. Overall a great experience.

We asked before if the waves were going to be too high because it was quite windy and was told it was going to be fine. On the day, even though we were told it was gonig to be fine, we had to cut the trip short due to the waves and inability to go to all the stops. Bottom line - dont trust them when they say that the waves will be ok

We would like to clarify the situation regarding the weather conditions. On the morning of your trip, when the tour started, the weather was normal with no strong wind or waves. As discussed, we shared real-time photos and videos directly from our pier via WhatsApp, and after reviewing them, you kindly agreed that the conditions were suitable to proceed with the tour. However, as with all sea activities, weather conditions can change unexpectedly after the trip has already started. Unfortunately, this is something that is completely beyond our control, and for safety reasons, our captain made the responsible decision to adjust and shorten the trip when the sea conditions became rougher. We fully understand your disappointment, but we kindly feel that a 1-star rating based solely on weather conditions—which no operator can control—may not fairly reflect our service, professionalism, or tour standards. Our priority is always guest safety, and decisions are made with that in mind. We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback, and we hope you can also consider evaluating the service and care provided by our team separately from the uncontrollable weather conditions. Too mass tourist activity

The private boat is obviously better than the mass tourism boats with loads of people, the boat captain was nice , i just wish he spoke some English which i was expecting on a private tour. The first empty desert island was nice , the pig island was a waste of time with thousands of people, the snorkeling point was also a mass tourist point with boats unloading their load of tourists, thrown some crackers at the few fish . Just dead coral and few common fish. Lunch was nice

Not worth the money

We treated ourselves to a private tour for Xmas. The guides had zero customer service ability. Tried to ask questions about the islands we were going past and he shrugged his shoulders. They made no attempt to try and tell us about the area and what we were seeing. It was a tick box exercise. Go past islands and drop them off. We wanted some interaction, learn about the area, to have a smile. Koh Tan the first island was heart breaking. Litter from the sea everywhere. It was like trying to sun bath next bins that has been knocked over. It needs the companies that benefit from making money from the tours to go over with a boat full of bin liners and clean it up. Big sheets of plastic floating in the sea, broken glass bottles on the beach. Pick up as much as we could. The total tour lasted 2.5 hours in total which was not worth the three hundred odd we paid. The taxi driver to the boat made more effort with us than the team on the boat. The boat was a unnecessarily bumpy ride. There are other cheaper tours out there.

We got picked up from a cruise ship - right by where the tenders docked. Timely transfer to the speedboat. Two crew were pleasant but very little English. It was quite a windy day and seas were rough- not good for snorkeling and transfer between island was not pleasant.

Rien n'a malheureusement été mémorable. Nous sommes propriétaire d'une agence de voyage et ils nous arrivent très souvent de passer incognito dans nos réservations d'excursions pour vérifier la qualité prix de ce qui est proposé aux voyageurs. Ce produit est bien trop cher en privatif. Voiture de transfert pas propre. Bateau avec uniquement des boissons sans alcool. Eaux troubles pour la plongée. Personnel à bord ne parlant que Thai. île aux cochons à fuir, sale, sauf si vous aimez les chiens comme nous, vous pourrez les pauvres leur acheter de la nourriture et vous en occupez pour 60 BAT. Pour le prix que nus avons payé, nous aurions du avoir la nourriture déjà réglé sur l'île aux cochons et on aurait pu nous installer dans un endroit privatif. Bref à éviter. Dans d'autres pays du monde, pour ce prix vous êtes reçus comme des rois. Conseil au réceptif sur place, changez tout cela.
