I loved the actual content and nice voice. However it’s ridiculously difficult to find where you have to login etc to actually find the content and I am a tech savvy person. Why it doesn’t just come up within the ticket is beyond me.
Furthermore I wanted to take my time and the content is only available for 60 minutes!! I stopped off for a coffee after a bit then went back to continue and it was all gone. Bought again, wasted several precious minutes AGAIN trying to find how to log in and then the same thing happened so I’ve only actually heard a few bits of it. Nice and cheap for one person but astonishing that you can’t have it for 24 hours.
Unless this changes I wouldn’t buy again which seems a shame because as I said the actual content is good

In your case, it sounds like the 60-minute access option was purchased via Viator. We also offer 24-hour and 7-day access options, and access time can be extended directly in the app. (with the same hour, day and week option). That said, your feedback makes it clear that this was not communicated clearly enough during the purchase and login flow, especially when trying to continue the experience later.
We completely understand how disappointing it must have felt to lose access after taking a break, particularly after spending time trying to log in again.
We’re already reviewing how we explain access duration and onboarding to make the process much more intuitive.
