We had an excellent tour with Alan! He guided us from the Biarritz lighthouse, weaving together insights on Basque nature, history, geography, architecture, and culture. Alan is a passionate, proud Basque man. A local from Biarritz with great historical, cultural, geological and more information and stories of the Basque country and Biarritz. If you visit Biarritz, the walk with him from the Lighthouse to the centre of town is unmissable. Highly recommended.

Alan was a great tour guide and it was great to have such a knowledgeable tour guide with such a vested interest in his local community and you could tell how much he loves his home town. Biarritz is beautiful and the tour makes it even more attractive as you learn so much about the rich history it holds in Frances past and presence.
