REQUEST VALERIE! That's all you need to know about getting a fantastic experience. We had such a lovely afternoon riding along the coast, stopping a special places for a bit of local history or insight. We were even able to squeeze in a glass of wine with our host and travel companions before the return trip.

We had a great time on the E-bike tour with Valarie.. Great way to see the Basque villages of Bidart and Gutheray and the city of Biarritz.. Valerie gave some history of the region along the way & the scenery was beautiful! .. We really enjoyed the ride and highly recommend this tour.

Great experience. Beautiful and enjoyable ride with a very experienced guide, Valerie! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour. Be sure to note that the cost of renting the bikes is NOT included.

I would like a Full Refund
My husbands E Bike did not work...The Tour Guide left without us and we ended up not going on the tour and returning the bikes
Valerie the guide was very sweet...but she had other customers to worry about
The bikes should have been pre tested....and ready to go AND she should not have left until she made sure everyone was comfortable and settled ..She offered to come back and get him a new bike, but that was not fair to everyone else on the tour

Wonderful tour! Valerie was a great guide, the sites she chose are breathtakingly beautiful and she has great knowledge of the area. We had a lot of fun and really loved viewing Biarritz and area from an E-bike. Highly recommend!
