Pickup was easy and on time. They didn’t confirm the pickup other than the email, but no confirmation was needed- they showed up! Guides were friendly and very well versed in the local areas and reef and sea life. After arriving on the island, which was one of the most breathtaking places I’ve been, we had a short safety briefing then hit the water. Got to see a lot and learn about the area. It was one of the best snorkel tours I've been on! Half day is enough, trust me!

We had the best time with Mario && Tony. Mario gave us so much information about the reef and was very fun and knowledgeable during our tour. We highly recommend this trip and would love to do it again!!

This was the perfect way to start our day, and with a half day trip, we were able to do other activities in the afternoon. The guides and captain were wonderful, friendly, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. The sights were as beautiful as we imagined as we swam among the diverse marine life that the island waters have to offer. Amazing experience that I would do again and again.

Incredibly knowledgeable tour guide who expertly led us to identify multiple types of fish and coral, a blue crab, a giant lobster and a cucumber fish. Only challenge was regarding logistics.. specifically changing the date booked on Viator wasn't communicated to the operator.

Excellent calm, clear water. Take a boat ride over to the island where you'll start your adventure with your guide where he will point out many different species of fish and coral. After a few hours head ashore and grab a bite. Our lunch consisted of Watermelon, a fresh vegetable salad, chicken along with rice and beans. Then head back to the water woohoo. Great adventure.

My wife suffered a traumatic brain injury several years ago. This was our first trip since that injury. The half day snorkel appeared to be one of the least physically challenging activities outside of the Chocolate Factory Tour. The day we went out on the water it was choppy, and I had no idea that my wife would become terrified. The Boat Captain was nice and took us back to the dock where the Captain Jak’s arrange for us to get to the Hotel ASAP. It was only a 5-10 minute wait. I was not worried about a refund as much as getting my wife calmed down. The people were so nice and brought us a golf cart as a substitution to the snorkeling trip which my wife enjoyed riding in and seeing some of the Island. The care and concern they showed my wife and willingness to offer up something different for my wife to enjoy will never be forgotten. This is a great company run by good people. I would highly recommend them.
