This excursion is AMAZING! I highly recommend! The drive there is quite long(over an hour) but it was totally worth every penny. Our guide Albert was very helpful and personable. He was very knowledgeable and explained how everything would go. The walk through the jungle was great, but if you have anyone in your party that has trouble doing strenuous exercises this is not the excursion for them. My sister in law couldn’t do the walk so she had to stay behind but Albert made sure she was comfortable while she waited for us. Once at the spot to get in the water it was breathtaking. All gear is provided including helmet and life vests, water shoes are required. Your whole party is linked together while you float down, there was a second guide to help steer all tubes in the right direction. The caves were so very cool and it was a relaxing ride. I give this excursion 10/10.

The cave tubing adventure is still the number 1 activity on the mainland of Belize. You must be in a reasonable physical condition to complete this unique adventure tour. The most memorable is neither my DIL or I received a response to messages and phone calls regarding a mix up in pick up sites. So we not only did not have a trip at all, but are out $$$ and got a rude, day late response from the tour operator. Never gonna use Viator again and will encourage my friend to do the same.

We are sorry and understand your frustration but here are the facts. This cave tubing tour from Belize City was booked almost a month before the date of the tour. For pick up location on the booking it said we will tell you later. At no time between the time of booking and the day of the tour was there any indication that the guest
would be coming on the Norwegian Breakaway cruise ship and would be docking at Harvest Caye. If we had known this very important information before their arrival, they would have been told that this tour was not possible. Unfortunately, it was on the day of the tour that we became aware of the location for pickup. We have already made all arrangements for your tour assuming that you will be at the Tourism Village in Belize City. Harvest Caye is a docking port for the Norwegian Cruise Line in Belize located far south of Belize City. This situation could have been avoided by us receiving the appropriate pickup location. Our apologies if our response to your message on the day of the activity appears rude. It was never meant to be offensive. We gravitate towards providing the best customer service to all our clients.

We had a great time cave tubing with our wonderful tour guide, Albert! He really personalized our tour and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Belize!
