I'd do this tour if you didn't plan on doing a history tour. Obviously it is dependent upon who you're assigned as a guide, but mine (Brana) was warm and friendly and I left thr tour feeling like I made a real friend.
She was knowledgeable on the history of the sites we saw (not the most historic but was a history tour off the beaten path). We stopped for breakfast and a snack and sincerely felt like I was just catching up with a friend I hadn't see in a long time.
If you're a history buff that wants history, don't waste your time. If you have time to kill and want to kick it with a local and learn about the city, this is the tour for you.

Brani was the kindest most attentive knowledgeable tour guide she made it feel like being shown the city by a friend. I wasn’t feeling good that day, and she even took me to the local pharmacy. Made sure I had plenty of rest took beautiful pictures of me even went above and beyond to tell me where to get my nails done since I made tourist from USA she knew all the history and you all the places to take beautiful photos. I am so grateful to have met her. I 100% recommend her to everyone.

We had the best tour we could expect! Carlos was soo friendly and so knowledgeable. He took us through the main parts of the city, showed us hidden gems and took us to some great restaurants that only locals would know. We also got a brief history lesson which was fascinating, Carlos knows everything by heart.
