The local agent did not communicate with us. When I finally sent email asking about details for pick up and drop off. She said that pick up and drop off is not included and asked for an additional €50. Although it was a private tour for us, we were asked if it’s OK to share our our car with someone else from the airport and drop her off at her destination, which we said OK. With that said, the driver/guide was excellent. He made the tour very pleasant.

You booked Belgrade sighttseeing tour in the city. But you have sent as a request to pick you up at the airport and drop you off at the airport. Which means you will include another 60 km in your tour and another 90 min for these 2 transfers.
We can arrange that for an additional payment for these 2 extra services.
You agreed on this, and decided to take 2 more services for an additional payment.
So, everything went fine as you requested. Not sure how can I improve our services more to be satisfied with it., this is the best we could do for you.

It was the best tour we have ever taken! Milan was a fantastic guide! He taught us so much of Serbia’s history. He took us to popular attractions as well as small neighborhoods and parks which gave us a complete view of Belgrade! Milan is a caring patient and compassionate person! Milo’s was an excellent guide and discussed the local history, culture and showed us many interesting sights. On a personal note I had a bleeding eye and he took me to a clinic to make an appointment. His partner even texted me a reminder of that appointment. Excellent customer service!

This tour made it so easy to turn what would’ve been a nine hour wait at an airport into a wonderful afternoon of touring Belgrade. Milo was a very knowledgeable tour guide, met us at the airport and took our luggage and kept it in the trunk, while we toured the city in a comfortable vehicle with a huge sunroof to see everything. We made several stops at historic landmarks to walk around, then had one hour to grab some lunch on our own and he met us and returned us to the airport. Perfectly organized. It was a great day!

If you have a long layover and want to check out Belgrade this is a really good option! There’s a few options but I booked pick up / drop off at the airport (layover tour) and it was super easy. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly and took me to the best / most interesting spots. I was surprised by how Belgrade actually is vs how imagined it. You’ll get some time in the city center to check things out, if you want to enjoy the park I recommend going there for a nice view of the river. The tour times are flexible and I would recommend it to anyone trying to see Belgrade during their layover. The airport is close to the city so it’s worth it on a 10-12 hour layover!

Every first-time visit to Belgrade should start this way. Milos showed us all the main parts of the city -- including neighborhoods and areas beyond the tourist core that would be hard to see on your own. It gave us a great appreciation for the city as a whole: How it's laid out, how it grew, how locals live. Our three-hour tour helped us get the most out of our short visit, checking off the things we needed to see, and learning about places we'd go back to on our next visit.

MIlos gave me the tour in his air-conditioned car and took me to all the main sights in Belgrade. He is very knowledgeable and personable and explained everything I was seeing and more. He told me the significance of the places we were seeing as well as the history. Couldn't have been better. He works for a great company! Super, super good!

Milos was a personable guide and safe driver. Marica was a pleasure to communicate with. There were many favorites on this trip, including the historical village of Zemun on the Danube, the lovely and extensive park system, and St. Sava Church. The only negative was that I’d like to have made more stops, especially in Zemun where the fish restaurants are, which would have been a joy to sample. Overall, the tour was very enjoyable and I saw parts of the city I would not have otherwise seen during my brief visit to Belgrade. It was well worth the money. Do it!

An excellent way to make the most of the time if you have a few hours in Belgrade because you can visit the most important things of the city.
