Very interesting tour in a very relaxing and professional atmosphere

We had a wonderful time listening to Nicholas presentation about the truffles: what are they, where can we find them, how many types are they, how do they match the food... we enjoyed as well the demonstration of truffles cavage with his dog. We could appreciate the relationship and the efforts required between Nicholas and Tiga to become a successful dog truffle hunter. The 3 courses lunch with truffles was excellent. Very much recommended.

The demo with the truffle dog was very good. The truffle high-lighted lunch was also very good. Including the desert bowl of 'dirt' containing 'truffles'. With your own digging tool to search the truffles out.
