An absolute farce

What an absolute farce! We booked this experience via Viator and as part of the process arranged to be picked up from our hotel in Singapore. We received email confirmation from Viator that this was booked and confirmed. The morning of the activity we waited to hear when we would be picked up. Nothing!!! In the end I was chatting with Viator who confirmed our activity was booked and to wait at hotel for pickup. 11am (the time the activity was to start) came and went. In the end I rang the spa directly who informed me they DO NOT pick up from hotels!!!! We wasted a whole half day of our 5 day holiday trying to sort this out. Disappointed is an understatement. My advice is double check the conditions. I did. And it absolutely stated pick up from our hotel. Shame on Viator and the day spa.
