The service at the spa was very good and employees attentive. However it was a pain getting there from Signapore. We are US citizens and didn’t think about going in and out of immigration twice. We had to pay $70 in Batam for visa and $130 for our ferry ride. You need IND currency to get cab from spa back to ferry too. We should have just stayed in Singapore, but the spa treatment was really nice so no regy
Wonderful day at the spa. We chose the aromatherapy massages, hair mask, reflexology and express pedicures. No problems with ferry trips and immigration and very attentive staff from start to finish- including a picture of the driver who picked us up.
Well after a fabulous spa trip to Indonesia coming back into Singapore was an horrible experience.
Going back through Singapore immigration and customs was horrible. The Singapore custom officials were rude and extremely disrespectful and unfriendly.
It was like somebody flipped a switch in the personalities of the customs officials.
After a 70 minute ferry ride back into Indonesia, Singapore immigration and customs officials demanded that I fill out another customs form when no one else had to do it. Really? So much for being an American in Singapore.
I would have expected to do one when I first enter a country which I did but not when I left on a ferry ride from Singapore to Indonesia.
By the way, Indonesia customs officials did not require one. They just scanned my thumb print and granted me admission into their country. My passport and my ferry ticket was all that was required.
Going back through Singapore immigration and customs was like I got hit with someone anti-African American crack pipe or like I received an extremely unwelcoming greeting upon reentry into Singapore.
I dont know what Americans are perceived to be doing while in Batam but i did not do that - and I darn well did not deserve the disrespectful treatment that I received upon reentry into Singapore.
I felt so singled out and the victim of American racism.
If an immigration and customs form was needed then one should have been distributed on the ferry
so all of the passengers could have filled one out, but to only ask me was extremely uncomfortable
Coming into the country initially was such a pleasant and wonderful experience that this time it caught me off guard.
After a great and wonderful spa day I felt so offended and I welcomed coming back into Singapore, a country I had left only hours earlier.

Please be aware, all foreign guests do need to complete an immigration form returning into Singapore if their former immigration card has been surrendered (arrival & departure portions). We regret this experience was not a favorable one and hope it did not spoil your overall time at the Spa.
I would not recommend this SPA place. The people doing the massage are not well trained. They did the body scrubs at cold temperature. The pedicure are not done by people who truly know how to do it. I have to cut my own nails. They seem to be very afraid to cut or use the nippers. Poor service, although I tip them well. For the amount I paid in USDollar for 5 people almost 600.00 was way to much of the services rendered. The package i paid for 5 people is just IDR 850. Very sad for the workers, good thing i tipped them a lot.
Easy to get from Singapore on the Batam fast ferry. The guy had a sign at the arrival destination with our name on it, so was easy as we were driven straight there. So friendly and relaxing. Nice way to end our busy trip to Singapore.
this was definitely a treat. MUST EXPERIENCE THIS HALF DAY SPA IN BATAM. we were very well looked after as soon as we arrived at Batam island by ferry. our taxi was waiting for us and took us to this spa place where we were looked after like a royalties. the staff at the spa were very polite and took care of our needs. we will definitely be going back again. it was worth the money we paid. well done the spa staff and thank you for such a good experience.
I would highly recommend this spa package with Viator. Enjoyed the ferry ride from Singapore to Batam, no problem with the transfer to Spa Central. Magnificent hour long aromatherapy massage, then an hour long facial. Some quite nice lunch, although I found the dessert of a combination of deep fried banana, chocolate and grated cheese a bit quirky. Then a hair treatment and head and neck massage for another hour. Little treats like ginger tea and then cucumber and lemon juice were lovely along the way. Everything very easy to get back to Singapore. Nice cruise back into the harbour as the sun was setting. Brilliant day, would highly recommend.
Fun half day, the ferry terminal was busier than expected so recommend arriving an hour early. Pick up at the ferry terminal in Batam was easy, driver was waiting for us just past customs. The spa and massages were excellent, both of our spa assistants were very kind and worked hard the entire time. Lunch was served at the end of the massage to cap off the trip. Very nice half day package.
Assolutamente consigliato! Come trattamento principale abbiamo scelto il massaggio con le pietre calde, ed è stato veramente super. Ambiente molto curato, pulito e silenzioso, insomma, l'ideale per una giornata di relax. Il personale è stato veramente gentile e professionale sia nell'assistenza precedente alla giornata, per quanto riguarda traghetti, trasferimento alla spa e scelta dei massaggi, che durante il trattamento stesso. Vengono forniti sul posto una sorta di accapatoio e costume, ciabatte e viene offerto un gustoso rinfresco depurativo. E' possibile scegliere l'intensita dei massaggi e anche le zone del corpo su cui concentrarsi. Viene messo a disposizione un servizio Wi Fi e un armadietto dove custodire i propri averi e i trattamenti più veloci (mani e piedi ad esempio) vengono fatti i delle salette dal panorama mozzafiato. Anche il pranzo indonesiano piacevole. Non perdetevi questa esperienza!
