The boat trip gives for some some amazing pictures, including seagulls presenting themselves. Do keep in mind while on the lake it is remarquably colder than on shore. The island is amazing and also the forest is otherwordly.

I love this tour. It was in Spanish and English and Spanish was the dominant language on the tour. But the guide was very good at taking us aside as English speakers and explaining what we should do and also giving us more information about the landscape of things. We got our pickup on time we got our drop off on time the boat rides were was great and the venue was wonderful and just a very beautiful Island I would do it again and I recommend that you do it too.

There were a variety of boats, some newer and some older. You don’t know which one is yours til it’s time to bard. We were on an older boat with wood finishes- very comfortable with character. Everything was bilingual, and the “hostess” was very helpful when our ticket was incorrect. The ride was relaxing (even though weather was a bit rainy and windy), and walking around the parks was enjoyable ( you can take a tour on Victoria Island or roam on your own. ) A nice way to spend an afternoon.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH VIATOR! Go to the port and purchase a ticket directly for less than half the price. Additionally, the extra fees stated are about half of what they actu!ly are.

Amazing boat ride but for $480 for 2 people seems crazy. It's a giant ferry that takes you to 2 islands drops you off then picks you up. There's NO explanation of what it is on the bus for english speakers. There's an machine that talks about it on the ferry. THEY CHARGE WAY FOR ENGLISH SPEAKERS THAN SPANISH. JUST PICK THE SPANISH TICKET EVEN IF YOU'RE ENGLISH SPEAKER, MAKES NO DIFFERENCE

We’d like to clarify that, as clearly stated in the tour description, this experience includes an audio guide, not a live English-speaking guide. A live guide in English is available as an optional service with an additional cost, which was offered at the time of booking and declined.

While the area was amazing with incredible scenery, if you request an English guide, you don’t really get one. There are a couple of pre recorded translations in English on the boat but that is it. No explanations or times to return to the boat or anything like that provided in English which made the logistics very confusing, especially the initial part of getting on the boat.

The lake, the surrounding mountains and the crossing in such a historic vessel is amazing. The arrayanes forest is interesting but simple. The trip as a whole qualifies top.

The views were incredeable.
We bookd an English toor, but in reality no one from the stuff spoke English and there were only some recordings in English. If someone wants to buy an English tour, make sure you are really getyinh one.

The excursion was fine. However, the driver who provided transportation to the port just dropped everyone off and left. He did not explain where we needed to go and what to do to board the boat. This created unnecessary stress for the English speakers as we were scrambling to figure which boat we needed to get on. The confusion could have been easily avoided if he has just taken a few minutes to explain the process. Also, there are only two boat companies that provide the excursion. You would better off just booking directly with them.

The forest was wonderful. Victoria island was ok. To get the boat was a bit confusing. Probably because the driver did not give us instructions in English at Porto punhelo. If you have time, I recommend the tour. But Cerro Tronador was way better.

The boat ride was inclusive and had English and Spanish translations, but when we got to Victoria Island, I was not able to understand anything being explained because the guide only knew Spanish.
