Meet your guide at hotel pickup in Bariloche, then transfer to a catamaran at Puerto Pañuelo near the luxe Llao-Llao Hotel. Sail across Nahuel Huapi Lake in Nahuel Huapi National Park and admire the gorgeous scenery. Enjoy lunch available for purchase on board, or feel free to bring your own.
Stop at Victoria Island, the largest of Nahuel Huapi Lake's islands, and disembark at Puerto Anchorena. Follow your guide on a leisurely nature walk through the coniferous forest and learn about trees such as birches, firs, sequioas and aromos.
Visit during the summer months to include a dip in the lake off of Toro Beach or a ride on the chair lift up Cerro Bella Vista (Bella Vista Hill.)
Continue your catamaran ride in the beautiful alpine lake, then disembark at Quetrihué Peninsula to explore Los Arrayanes National Park. Learn about the arrayán trees, which only grow into maturity on this narrow isthmus of land near Villa Angostura. Stroll along the walkway here to admire the hundred-year-old trees with cinnamon-colored bark. View a small, singular cabin in the middle of the forest, as well as some pudú, a species of miniature deer.
After a full day of adventure on the lake and in the forests, return to Bariloche for drop-off at your hotel.

The tour guides, boat crew and photographers were very professional and friendly. The ride on the vintage boat was great to enjoy the panoramic views. The guide was very knowledgeable about the history and biology of the forest. The whole tour was very organized and fun.

This was an interesting trip. What we saw was beautiful but the tour was awful and we would not recommend it. This trip was advertised as being 6 hours on a catamaran with an English speaking guide.
The reality was we were on a boat that was built in 1938 and looked like the African Queen. The 1 guide who spoke English barely spoke English. The trip actually lasted from pick up to drop off took 10 hours! We missed the evening tour and dinner scheduled with the rest of our group!

We would like to clarify that the tour includes an audio guide in English, and this information is clearly specified on the booking page at the time of reservation. At no point is the excursion advertised as being led by a live English-speaking guide. We regret if this detail was not clear enough.
Regarding the duration, there are two different options available on the website: the morning departure, which is the longer option, and the midday departure, which is shorter. The full experience, including transfers, can extend to approximately 9–10 hours depending on the operational conditions on the day. The memorable parts of this tour was the places. Beautiful views, amazing nature to enjoy, but we were on our own, for the price that was charged I think we overpaid.

We really enjoyed this trip. The boat we sailed on was very cool, it was the older one. The historical information about the region while in the boat was in English and in Spanish, so we could all understand. The first park visit was short but pretty. The visit to Victoria Island was the really highlight. We did the guided tour and the guide, Eduardo, was incredibly knowledgeable. My mom and I really enjoyed learning from him. The visit to island is a about an hour too long, so visitors should be prepared with card games or something to pass the time. Very worth the trip!

We reserved this tour in English. The two guides not only did not speak English (or at least they said they didn't and they were obnoxious. The bus driver had the radio blasting with hard rock. A complete disappointment.

Beautiful scenery both on the islands and surroundings. Easy to board and debark boat on islands. Lack of English speaking guide was a surprise but we managed with our Spanish.

Terrible experience. Viator is not reliable because local operators are not good. This was a very expensive tour and completely not worth it. The views are amazing and Bariloche is wonderful but you are better of doing it on your own and not through Viator. I paid $220 dollars per person, with transfer included. After paying and not being able to cancel I received an email that they would not pick me up and thus I paid 3 taxis because we were 11 people. To the 2,200 I paid Viator I had to add another 36 US in taxis one way. Then, park fees and boat fees are not included, adding another 9 US per person. When I arrived to the meeting point they said the tour was not with them. I showed them the Viator ticket and they said it wasn’t with them. After arguing with Turisur, the local agency, they found my tickets. I had to jump on a bus 40 minutes to the pier, passing right next to where I was staying. The boat itself is old, packed and the ride beautiful but boring and long. The forest is a nice walk. All in all definitely I would not pay $230 per person for this. I saw this morning the same tour in Viator for $130 so someone definitely scammed me. I am very upset and will never use this site again.

Beautiful sites, but a rickety older boat. The staff we believe skipped a few stops based on Argentina winning their World Cup match during the voyage. Some of the staff seemed drunk after the win too. Beautiful area but disappointed in the way it ended.

This is an amazing tour if you get the right language guide. The boat ride in the lake is spectacular, the walk through the Arrayan Forest is beautiful. Was a lovely day with plenty of free time to wander around on your own.

This tour has to be seriously improved in 2 aspects:
1entrance fees to the Arrayanes National Park should be included in the fare of the tour. As the National Park entrance fee is not possible to be paid by credit card it may be a hassle to pay with cash in a foreign country
2the tour should include meals and/or beverages, as it happens with tours in most countries. Viator could provide as an option to choose between meals and without meals

To startling, the Company emailed via Viator to say they wouldn't pick us up from the hotel. Then they said they d picks up near the hotel, then they picked us up across the road from the hotel.
Nowhere on the Viator trip description did it say we would have to pay additional charges, nor did it say that the English speaking guide would only occasionally speak, english.
The trip itself was ok, a well run marketing tool with some lovely scenery.

It was a great trip, although -- the tour was all in spanish-- and my husband did not get background history of the tour as it was not translated in English- I had to provide the translation. Beautiful scenery!

Our guide Sabestin didn't translate and only explained everything in Spanish; there is no chairlift (been out of commission since 2005; false advertising as the trip was not a "Small-group tour limited to 10 people ensures a personalized experience"! It was more like a sausage factory experience!!

The tour we got is nothing like discribed,we bought a tour for at most a group of 10 people with an english guid we got picked up from the hotel transfered to the port got on a bout with 150 tourists all the tour was in spanish .we asked for an explanetion from the tou guide on the bout and showd our tour discription, she knew nothing about, all she said is that she is not from the tour agency which is responsible for us.the tour agency which was supposed to take care of us had no representatives on bord the bout.it is very upseting to buy a tour and get only the transportation but no tour guide especialy becouse we are leaving on the 27 december.

In the tour description on your website, the tour was described as a maximum of 10 people, in a catamaran with an English speaking guide. These we the reasons that I booked the tour. The tour was actually on a huge boat with about 80 other people on it. The guide did not speak English at all. Every instruction and examination was only in Spanish. I was extremely disappointed and felt the tour description on the Viator website did not accurately describe this tour. I felt very mislead by the description on the website and did not get what I paid for.

Viator cooperates with Tanglo Guardia Agency (locally).
The company that runs this excursion is called Turisur. Booked tour in the morning, 9 hours with English speaking guide.
In the afternoon before the tour you will receive a message that the booked tour with Get Your Guide will be done in the morning without an English guide for technical reasons and whether you want to change your booking to the afternoon with an English-speaking guide. My question whether it is the same service as the booked excursion was answered in the affirmative.
We received a tour for 6 hours and guide spoke almost only Spanish. The explanations of the guide
on board the ship were 10 minutes Spanish and 1 minute concise execution in English (we now arrive and depart again... )
No further information e.g. origin history etc. or even where the toilets are... only for Spanish speaking people.
The guide (she) deliberately sent us on two tours (alone) and did not tell us that she was taking a tour. When we met you (on our tours) with a group of Spanish-speaking people, she even wanted to send us on.
She pointed me to signs that I could read, that the information would be in English and explained everything further in Spanish, although the signs also said everything in Spanish.
There is not much to see on the two islands. You can really save that. The ship itself and the view is quite nice... that's all.
I've done some tours in Argentina and was happy with everyone, but this tour is overpriced, doesn't stop what's on offer:
Described chairlift did not exist at all and English speaking guide also not really.
All in all, this is an outrage. Viator should take this out of the program or only offer it in Spanish!

Una excursión q debe ser cancelada por condiciones climáticas. Estuvimos 6 horas en un bus y un catamaran y cuando teníamos el tiempo para bajar en Arrayanes y en Isla Victoria, la lluvia era tan fuerte q tuvimos que quedar resguardados en los cafés ya que no se podía disfrutar del paseo.
Una excursión muy costosa para no poder disfrutar de un paseo que pudo ser muy especial
Exigimos reembolso de excursión.

Los lugares son hermosos, y vale la pena ir a conocerlos. En nuestro caso el personal fue muy antipático, las explicaciones de los lugares las daban sin ganas, casi que regañando a los que preguntaban algo. Cuándo llegabamos a los destinos se desaparecían, no fueron amables. Al regreso estaba lloviendo y no nos regresaron al hotel, simplemente pararon en el centro de Bariloche y nos dejaron ahí en medio de la lluvia.
