This was a really enjoyable tour. Beautiful scenery and tremendous experience. Our tour guide, Malina, was extremely knowledgeable of the flora, trees and history of the island and forest. This tour company was excellent!!!

Bait and Switch

Viator describes this tour as having a maximum number of 10 persons. That is why we selected it. Turns out we were on a boat with 100 people. Textbook case of bait and switch by Viator. The people running the boat and the guides leading the tour were very good.

Nice boat ride and hike on victoria island

Very nice excursion. We asked for the english speaking tour and our guide was great. There were only two of us on the hike on victoria Island. We had a 50 minute hike at a good pace and saw lots of the island The boat ride was comfortable. In the beginning it was a bit confusing when we got to the port. We were not sure which boat and how things were organized. A few minutes explanation while still on bus would eliminate any confusion. Definitely recommend.

Desde que uno contrata el tour, no explican con detalle las actividades que se van a hacer. ENGAÑAN desde un inicio. Un tour mal planeado, muy largo, con un operador mal organizado e informal. La visita a la isla victoria, innecesariamente larga y cansada. El bosque de arrayanes muy lejos, sin explicación alguna. El paseo en el barco lento y lleno de anuncios para la venta de fotos. Mal, mal, muuuuy mal.

Muy lindo pero con retraso a la vuelta

Fue muy linda la visita a la Isla Victoria, lindas vistas y muy interesante la narración que hace la guía turística. Hubo retraso más que todo en el regreso, de aproximadamente 2:15, tenía vuelo de regreso ese día y gracias a Dios el vuelo tenía retraso sino lo hubiese perdido. Deben ser más exactos en la estimación del tiempo de la actividad porque en base a eso yo programé mi día.
