Incredible. Great attention. Super fun and the most extreme rapids I have ever gone down. Sucked in a whirlpool. They provided everything down to the shoes and a great lunch. They took pics and sent them right away.
Literally nothing to complain about except their underwhelming photos they have listed on their Viator as because they are nowhere near as great as they should be.

I was skeptical about this trip having never gone white water rafting before, and the rapids were huge that day due to major rainfall the night beforehand. However, Dario, my guide and local expert was so full of skill and knowledge and enthusiasm that after just a couple minutes on the water my whole boat and I were yelling with joy. Dario is an absolute expert at his job and if you get the chance to do this trip, DO IT.

The guides were great and really helped us with the preparation for the river. I have been on many rivers and this was the best by far. An hour of rapids 3+To 4. The price/value ratio was a 10/10. I would go again. Have not received any pictures as yet. 1 714 287-5782

I just did the half day rafting trip a few days ago, and I'm really glad I did! This was the first time I had ever done white water rafting, and though I was not totally sure what to expect, I had an amazing time. The staff was super helpful, kept us safe, and ensured that all the participants enjoyed themselves. I really loved the guide, named Alex, who lead our raft! He gave clear, deliberate instructions and was also very funny. I highly recommend taking part on this rafting adventure, and to those who might be worried, don't be! You're in great hands!

Guides were fantastic. Fun, high energy, spoke Spanish and English. They communicated all instructions very well and geared the activities toward the abilities of the people on board.
