Sebastian was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we all had an amazing experience in Banos. I have travelled all over South America, and he was the best tour guide that I have had. The tour itself was spectacular and the views were incredible. The waterfalls were all incredible and there are several fun activities that you can do such as ziplining and giant swings, which were really fun. I would highly recommend this tour.

I had such an incredible time on this tour! We got to see so many beautiful waterfalls and some of the most breathtaking views around Baños. It was amazing learning more about the town, its history, and the surrounding nature while exploring places I probably never would have found on my own. Every stop had something special, and the views of the city were absolutely stunning.
Sebastian was an incredible guide—so knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the area. He shared so many interesting facts and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can really tell he cares about making sure everyone has a great time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Baños!

I can’t say enough good things about my tour guide, Sebastian! From the moment he picked me up (literally driving up a mountain to get me!), he was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely safe and taken care of.
He went above and beyond – buying me snacks, taking amazing photos of me throughout the day, and giving me a full tour of the waterfalls and history of Baños. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and fun to be around.
Baños itself is absolutely beautiful and peaceful – so much so that I’m honestly considering moving here someday. Sebastian made me fall in love with this place even more.

Sebastian was the BEST!!! It was raining....a lot but since it's a private tour, it was completely customized. We stopped where we wanted to and snuck out of the car for quick pictures then jumped back in. Thankfully, it cleared up after lunch. Everything was amazing, comfortable and Sebastian is full of knowledge as he grew up in Banos. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour. If you're thinking about it, just do it!! You won't regret it!

What an amazing day with Sebastián! My friend and I had no idea how to cover all we wanted to see and he made it all happen. He tailored our entire day towards what we wanted to do and showed us all of the best hidden gems. He truly made our time in Ecuador so so special. He is a great photographer, too!! The tour exceeded my expectations on every sense. It was just me and the guide (Sebastian) who by the way should get an Oscar for how calmly and professionally he guided. We have seen all that I wanted to see and more, Sebastian personalised the tour to my needs and I felt that my opinion or preferences matter. My tour guide was Sebastian. Despite the torrential downpour in Baños this morning Sebastian made sure the tour was still enjoyable! When one part of the tour was unobtainable, (due to a fallen tree in the road) Sebastian already had a plan B in mind (the animal theme park) and his plan B was so much fun! And when my phone died Sebastian came to my rescue! He was always willing to take a picture so that I would have awesome memories of my time in Baños and he was very accommodating to my needs! He was very knowledgeable about the city and its history and answered my many questions with patience. I had a blast overall. He braved this very wet and rainy day and I am very appreciative for his patience and kindness!

Everything was great. The places we covered around Baños were all awesome. So many waterfalls. I also did two zip lining. I was solo on this tour and completely felt safe to even leave my belongings with the guide while I was zip lining. Santiago was awesome to talk to and provided with so much knowledge about the places we visited.

I booked Rutas de las cascadas thinking I was going to be with a group. I was so pleasantly surprised when it was just a 1:1 with me and Sebastian. He is great. He gave me snacks and shared so much information about Banos. As he should since Sebastian is a native. He was flexible with the schedule as I told him I didn't need to do certain things and we did others instead. I had so much fun exploring. We visited all the waterfalls and then headed back to see the casa del arbol, panchamama, cafe de cielo. Btw, Sebastian videotaped me and directed while I was on the swing. It was the funniest video of my life. If you are in Banos, whether solo or with a group, I highly recommend booking with Sebastian. Also, he knows everyone in Banos - he is practically the mayor! You will have a great experience, learn so much and have a great time.

THIS TOUR IS AMAZING!!! If you're looking for a day tour in Banos - this is the one to do. Sebastien is a fun guy, very knowledgeable, and attentive. He made sure that we had a great time and adapted to our needs. I booked this tour in error, thinking that I was getting pickup from Quito, and when I realized my error, Sebastien helped arrange a round-trip for me from Quito. I had such a blast with the various activities in this tour. Book with him - you get an intimate private tour that your will not regret.

Absolutely incredible trip - Sebastian is a professional guide who can really adapt his schedule according to your needs. Plentiful options for zip-lining, swinging, bridge-crossing and cable cars. The area is just mindblowingly cool, and Sebastian answers all your questions about cuisine, geography, culture and history with passion.

Sebastian was amazing. He was super nice, very knowledgeable and communicated with us in English very well (we know very little Spanish). The entire trip was more than we expected. It was one of our best days in Ecuador!
