Overview

This small-group activity allows visitors to experience Banos on horseback, connecting visitors with the nature and animals of the area. Visitors will be taken along an ecological trail to see Tunguraha volcano and an area called Nahuazo, which is rich in mineral pools and ruins of past eruptions. The trip will finish at a coffee bar in the mountains.

Rain poncho and helmet are provided.
Tour offered in Spanish and English.
Visitors will walk through canopies and a variety of vegetation unique to the area.

Chico was a great guide, he was very thoughtful. We really enjoyed our visit with Marco across the river. The chair basket ride was really fun and safe. Marco was delightful! Our horses were also obedient and safe.
