The tour Operator ghosted me

I booked this tour via TripAdvisor. Before the tour I wanted to get more information. The tour operator didn´t answer my messages at Viator page, emails or sms. When I arrived in Kolkata, I tried to call so many times. They didn´t pick up. I had my flight to Bagdodga airport. They didn´t show up. I had to continue myself. I already sent a request for refund to TripAdvisor.
