I highly recommend this tour if you want to see some real rural Cyprus. The mountains and forest are breathtakingly beautiful and a welcome difference from the hot beaches of Aiya Napa. My favourite part has to be the natural pools and waterfalls. Our guide Adam, was not only a great chap, also really knowledgable and shared some really interesting facts about Cyprus history, nature and Geography. Adam was polite and charming and made our whole experience even better - we will be back to Cyprus to take him for a Keo.

Really good fun and great to see a different part of cyprus. Our driver Pedro was really lovely and told us lots about the history of cyprus and the villages we travelled though. There were lots of stops along the way ans we got to see some beatufiul areas.

We had a Lovely Safari with a guide Palo. It was very knowledgeable and an extremely good driver. He made the trip memorable for us. I would highly recommend this to anyone driving to Cyprus.

Fantastic day spent exploring the Troodos Mountains!!
Packed in so many different spots including several villages, churches, monestaries, waterfalls, reservoirs, murder sites (old copper quarry) lunch at a Cypriot tavern and wine tasting at an award winning winery!!!
Big thanks to our guide/driver John @ Trackers Excursions Jeep Safari who shared lots of knowledge about the locations and Cyprus.
Had a brilliant day and the trip was exactly what we were after!! ☺️

Family of 4 with 2 teens, we had a fantastic time. Our driver Panagiotis was brilliant, so knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we had a memorable day and that everyone was comfortable. Off roading and the Waterfall were highlights. The winery is also very good. The luch stop was delicious too.

Absolutely terrible. This trip is not as advertised, it’s not a ‘off road jeep safari’! Out of the 9 1/2 hours we were out only 10 minutes were down a bumpy track and don’t bother to take your swimming gear either, the water only just covered my ankles. For some this may be acceptable but for us it was a completely wasted day.
The tour guide was somewhat of questionable too!!

Lovely wine tasting. Nice fresh fish in local restaurant. Great experience for the whole day. Well informed guide. Enjoyed bumping around in Land Rover off road . Lots to see and do . Cooled down in water fall.

Great landscape, small group. Pickup at hotel worked perfectly. Regular stops at interesting places. Backoffice of the operator very helpful (Viator app caused a double booking). Driver gave a lot of background information. Landrover with 8 customers is very tight, especially for tall people. There is no airconditioning.

Seeing the Coppermine and the view from that point and other points , Chris our host was very funny nice and the off roading was fun although there’s not a lot of it , and there’s a lot of time spent driving , but all in all a good informative interesting and beautiful experience

This trip is not a Safari. It's a full-day trip in a Jeep, with the majority of the route by the motorway. It becomes quite tiring for what you see. The trip description indicated that a folding wheelchair could be taken, as long as there was a companion to take care of this work, however, it was not possible to take the chair. Thank you to the guide Antónis Rasta who saved this experience that was doomed to failure.

Under accessibility it is clearly stated for each one of our jeep safari style tours "WHEELCHAIR NOT ACCESSIBLE" you have booked this tour not only ignoring the accessibility advise but also threatening to leave a bad review when I tried to explain to you over the phone that it is clearly stated we don't cater for wheelchair access and sent you a print shot via messages.
We are happy you selected to go nonetheless, and that Antony was able to cope with the difficulties you faced.

An absolutely fantastic grand tour of Cyprus. The guides were energetic, the sites are ancient and mesmerizing, and the wine tasting was a perfect conclusion. No trip to Cyprus is complete without it.

We've expected to learn something on the tour and have an interesting day. Unfortunately our guide was very quiet and we've only learned that villages are beautiful and churches are very old. Some of the stops were very bad and useless. In the nice villages we didn't really have time to explore. Overall I would look for something different. They should really rethink the concept, drop few of the stops and have more skilled guides.

Hi Marie, really saddened to see such a poor review.
I have looked at your booking and you were on a tour on the 7-4-23 with one of our New drivers. Although they have been fully trained and all information given to them for each of our stops, it does take a while for them building up confidence to expertise levels. They have to start somewhere and this is the reason they go on a convoy rather than individual so the other expert drivers/guides assist with additional guiding.
Its very dissapointing that for one of our number one tours and most popular due to our itinerary you said there was a lot of useless stops and I'm wondering what and which you consider useless stops: pera orinis village taking you back in time, the red lake of the old copper mine, the coffee stop at the village of persiserona, the beautiful dam of soleas?, The ancient monastery of the hanging village of Kalopanaggiotis, the magnificent waterfalls of chantara, the wine tasting at one of the most popular wineries or the beautiful village of Omodhos.
It would be interesting to know which one of these stops is useless.

Everything ok with attraction except too low roof for tall people. And overall driving experience on motorways. Driving with speed 140km/h without seatbelts… Safari jeep is safari jeep, motorways is motorways.

You mentioned seatbelts. All our vehicles are fitted with seatbelts for 10 passengers, this is required to be able to pass for registration. No sure why you weren't wearing them.
In reference to speed all our vehicles are fitted with GPS systems and speed and driver behaviour are closely monitored. We will double check on your day trips records and address it with driver if required

We really enjoyed the waterfalls and small meetings with the locals. Marios, our guide, was a fountain of interesting information that helped us understand the local culture and history better. Ayia napa has alot of sea which you can get bored after 5 days of swimming esp if you are from another island like us. So this day was fun! Off road is just 1 minute at the beginning and 5 mins max after dinner. The only thing i would change in the caption is time for swimming. We had no time for swimming..and even if we did..there is nowhere to swim! We came dressed with our swimming siuts for nothing . Other than that the giude was amazing and fun. And explained everything to us :) wished the wine tour was longer. A fun day out esp if you have the land rover to yourselves!

We had a lot of fun on this trip! Visited beautiful small villages and amazing views! We loved the wine tasting as well although it was pretty short. The waterfall is very small and there is not enough space for swimming. But we fully enjoyed the day, our guide was awesome and we enjoyed the time with the others on the trip🙌

The "jeep safari" was a nice island tour (stops at winery, restaurant, waterfall, town square etc) but if you expect to go offroad you will be dissapointed, since we only drove on sandy/rocky roads for 3x5 minutes. The rest of the day you drive on normal roads/highways that you can easily travel by a normal car. You won't visit places or drive roads that you can only reach by 4x4.

We try to incorporate as much off-road as possible but sadly a lot of the roads we were using have now been tarred. We will venture out to find new off-road tracks to improve our beautiful Troodos tour.

We picked our guide Adam because of earlier recommendations on this site. It showed to be a great move, since he's full of funny stories, historical & local knowledge, beside that he's an excellent driver (special thanks for the off-road part)!
Another good thing is that the passengers have to switch places in the jeep often, which makes the trip fair to everybody (back seats are more fun while riding offride).
We highly recommend this tour and especially him to everybody who's looking for an unforgettable day in Cyprus. Thank you for the beautiful places and a great trip!
