    For airport arrivals, your driver or guide will meet you at the designated arrival meeting point. They will be holding a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name for easy identification. Please look for your name on the sign after exiting the arrivals area. For hotel pickups, your driver or guide will meet you at the main entrance or hotel reception/lobby at the scheduled pickup time and will also be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Please ensure your phone is reachable on the day of pickup in case the driver or guide needs to contact you. If you have difficulty locating your driver or guide, remain at the agreed meeting point and contact us for assistance.
