great tour and guide

We had a great day with our guide, Sergio. We visited several places, but one of our favorites was one rhat was not listed. We stopped for ice cream at a place with just locals on a beautiful stretch of beach. i even took off my shoes and went in!. great day.

Really individual tour

We booked a private tour, our guide Alex was very knowledgeable, spoke perfect English, etc. we altered several times the routes to also cater to the needs of our young children. Some places we went were more beaten track, several others we were the only ones.

Amazing day tour

We did many things in one day: Jameos del Agua, mirador del Rio, cheese and liquor tasting, Green Lake, los Hervideros, timanfaya national park. Eros adapted the tour according to what we had already visited. He knew a lot about the island, he offered to take pictures of us, and was very nice. The tour was even longer than expected which was very nice!

Saw Lots but Learned Nothing

We had a very pleasant guide Sergio but he could not speak or understand much English. We were supposed to have an English speaking guide. He was unable to communicate with us throughout the entire tour. We saw beautiful scenery & he was accommodating but could not provide much detail that we could understand. Fortunately we had a list of proposed tour sites so we assumed that was where we were & where we were going. He tried to accommodate our needs but might be better suited with Spanish or Italien speaking clients??

Good evening, thx for let me know, Sergio is a very good guide but he probably needs to improve his English. He provided more tours with no negatives feedbacks anyway. I hope you had a very good day as he told me and I know you have been doing more than what was in the original program. It's true probably in his native language he is better so we will try to send him only to Spanish speaking clients while his English will improve. There was 4 ships that day so we had no more guides available. Thank you for understanding and maybe this 2of5 its a little too bad no? Thx for writing and hope to see you again soon for another tour.
