Tinne was a very knowledgeable guide and gave us some very interesting information about Antwerp and its history. She was prompt and also gave us some extra time as well. I highly recommend this experience if you only have a short time in the city and want a comprehensive overview of the city and its history.

Shabnam Muqbil was a wonderful guide who was bright, cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, and punctual! She proactively reached out and made contact via WhatsApp to confirm our meeting time location, preferences on what we were most interested in doing/seeing (my wife and I said we wanted to hit the must see sites while learning about the history and culture of Antwerp), and provided a brief description of herself so we wouldn’t have any issues finding each other.
From start to finish, we could tell Shabnam was a seasoned guide; she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable in the local history and legends, and attentive to our questions. We left it to her to guide us around the city as she thought best, we visited so many interesting sites; she did not disappoint! Being a private tour allowed us the flexibility to stick around certain spots a bit longer for us ask additional questions and take photos.
At several points during our tour we encountered other large tour groups with audio devices around their neck listening as their single guide corralled the guests around. We’ve experienced that type of tour before and it was nice to be able to have a more engaging experience with our guide privately.

My guide, Arthur, was exceedingly knowledgeable about the history of Antwerp and Belgium in a manner that was interesting and not pendantic. His stories about the city and its people were captivating. I would hire him as a guide in any city in Belgium. He is a walking encyclopedia.

Arthur, the tour guide never made contact to confirm our final meeting place. He purposely blocked all sorts of communication. In the end, viator refused to refund a service that was not performed by the tour operator, and he will still be paid. Of course, vaitor will collect its commission. Very desappointing, I have been robbed of my money.

My husband and I had a wonderful time with our guide, Arthur. He was well-informed and ready to show us the sights of Antwerp. His love and study of history were apparent and made the tour a real joy. He shared interesting little tidbits about the city, and honestly, we're not sure two hours was enough. We can definitely recommend Arthur and his expertise if you're looking to learn more about the amazing and historically-important city of Antwerp.
