Great Tour

We had fabtastic time, the tour was well organised. Our guide Ahmed was very good and helpful. He knew the tour very well, told a lot about history of the places we attended. Saw many important places just in one day. Ahmed also provided general advise and answered all questions.

We've had a lovely day out on this trip today. Ahmed our tour guide was so welcoming and always checked in to ensure we were having a good time. When being shown around the old town he was full of knowledge making sure we got the most out of the experience. The boat trip wasn't too long but was nice to see the coast from the sea. The only thing that let this trip down for us was the silver factory, this is not advertised on the trip and made us feel abit uncomfortable as it was abit of a strange place. But overall definitely worth going, the views we have seen of both waterfalls were breathtaking whilst having the opportunity to explore the cave aswell. We did enjoy the trip and would recommend to anyone wanting to sight see.

Not exactly as advertised!

Hotel Pickup at 0800 was 20 minutes late. On arrival we transferred to a larger bus to merge with others. The lower waterfall wasn't as good as the upper one, and could be not visited, so saving an hour. Then we were surprised to visit a 'silver factory', which wasn't advertising. This turned out to be a huge, expensive, jewe6shop located on an industrial estate near a retail park. Another hour wasted. Lunch was, as expected, basic and limited. The walk through the old town was interesting. The boat tour at least offered a chance to have a beer. Then, unadvertised, was a 50 minute wait in the new town while hotel pick up buses came after various groups from other tours arrived. We eventually arrived back in Kemer at 1930 (11:30 spent on the 8 hour tour!) We should have taken a taxi/bus to the old town and marina only and returned which would have taken 5-6 hours and the same price and far less tiring and more enjoyable. By dropping the jewellery shop, lower waterfall and the new town wait could have saved 3 hours, but managing the return meant this didn't happen.

Normaliy Tour has start Antalya 09:00 a.m. but you are stay Kemer location about 45 km far from Antalya that I why still early start and late finish. İf you ask me before program I can explaining. Of course group tour all program stop on the way 1 shop (not 2 not 3) All agent same like us. Thanks a o lot for your review.

Excellent introduction to Antalya

Excellent trip and great value for money. Ahmet was an excellent guide and the tour lasted for 11 hours including transfer from Kemer. Highlight was the Upper Duden Falls, but old town and boat trip were great too.

Antalya water falls tour

Our tour guide, Frida, was very helpful and friendly. The sites that we visited were well worth the trip and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya. The upper and lower Dudden falls had very nice scenery, particularly the lower falls. The van was comfortable with sufficient air conditioning (it is very hot and humid during the summer months).

Not the best but some great aspects

This tour needs some work. The fantastic tour guide managed to bring the day together despite too many hiccups to list including not having enough seats on the bus for the booked guests. A private car was added to the convoy with a non English speaking driver to make up for the extra people. As lovely as the driver was, this meant we, the people in the car, missed out on any tour guidance or information about the monuments passed along the journey. The waterfalls are amazing, the natural wonders of the springs and the ancient history make the area worth visiting and learning about. The lunch was outstanding but that's where it ends. Not enough time was permitted for free shopping, instead the group was dropped at specific stores where we were guided into rooms for presentations and fashion shows. If leather and textiles aren't of interest to you, too bad, there was nowhere else to go during these stops. The scenic relaxing boat tour was on a rickety pirate ship! Seats weren't bolted down securely, steps between levels were loose and wobbly under foot. There was no tour guidance on the cruise and there were no sights to see. We literally sailed out into the ocean and back again while pushy photographers forced guests to wear captain hats and pose for photos to purchase. There was less than one hour remaining at the end for free shopping and the bazaar was fantastic. Much more shopping time would have been appreciated. The entire day took 10 hours from pick up to drop off- more than 2 hours over time, causing us to miss out pre paid dinner plans. Dropping the cruise and fashion parade/ presentation would make this a much better experience.

Shopping possible we inform heist our itinerary. You can check and you can see. Our guide professional English speaking guide. Driver also very helping persons. Mostly like this. Ñ

Picked up on time from hotel. Waterfalls were beautiful. Tour guide was excellent. Nice gent with glasses. Boat trip was a nice chill in the beautiful harbour. We each have a special day on holiday and this was for the Mrs. She says its 10 out of 10. She's hard to please so would definitely recommend.

Tour guide was lovely. This trip doesn't include any free time in old town which we thought it did but fortunately when others were on boat trip tour guide allowed us to wander around old town while they went on the boat trip and met up at port once finished. Waterfalls are lovely.

When I booked the tour, shopping was not mentioned in the program. Shopping (at 3 different places) was not interesting for me, so it was waste of time for meg.

A Bit Underwhelming

Waterfalls and Cable Car were worth a visit , but the journey to see them , have lunch wait on others on a boat trip , call in to a jewellery outlet shop which wasn’t requested made it an extremely long day , so much so we got a taxi back from Antalya to Belek rather than wait on the bus

This is for group tours. Actually, if you don't wait anywhere I recommend please next tour book private. The tour is generally good, guide, lunch, transfer, but only for waiting not giving to 2 stars.

Wir sind an einer Juwelier angehalten (war nicht erwähnt in der Programmbeschreibung) wurde man nicht in der Ruhe gelassen, bis was gekauft wird... Ich muss sagen, das war die reinste Abzocke. Wir haben 2 Silberketten gekauft, später aber erfahren, dass wir mindestens 6x so teuer gekauft haben, was die Werr sind. Richtig Schade

Dear Guests, first of all, we have written in the itinerary that the shopping possibility exists. Every excursion in Antalya has shopping no matter which tour company you go to. Just if you want a special trip you would better to book a private tour. In that case, you can choose which area you want to go to and stay in. But you have booked a regular tour. Nobody forth anyone to buy something so many tourists visit the same area and some of them don't buy anything, which is normal. just before visiting the shop guide told you about the area and that you are free not to buy anything there. You didn't write anything about how was your tour. The only thing that excited you was the shop. You told us thanks after the tour.
