I was photographed with no clothes on without my permission. This was my second time there . The first time was 4 years ago and it was amazing. Now I have put on weight and I was humiliated. I could have saved money by having the bath done at my hotel. Lesson learned.

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, we would like to clarify that there is no photography or videography service inside our Turkish bath facility. Furthermore, out of respect for our guests' privacy, there are not even any security cameras in the changing rooms or in the men's and women's hammam sections. Our facility operates under a halal Turkish bath concept, where protecting our guests' privacy is one of our highest priorities. Therefore, taking any photos or videos in these areas is simply not possible. Our Turkish bath is completely separated into men's and women's sections. For the privacy and comfort of all our guests, no one, including guests themselves, is allowed to bring mobile phones, cameras, or any recording devices into the hammam areas. The use of any image or recording devices is also strictly prohibited in the changing rooms. We enforce these privacy rules with great care and even intervene if any guests attempt to take photos or videos against these rules. Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide us with more detailed information about how the situation you mentioned in your review occurred. Such an incident would be completely against our facility rules, operating principles, and service standards. Providing a respectful, safe, and private Turkish bath experience for all our guests is one of our highest priorities, and we would like to investigate this matter thoroughly.

Much needed, very relaxing and would go again when we next visit. Staff very friendly only downside is if you get unlucky and have lots of people visiting you might be waiting around a lot.

Misleading Package & Rushed Treatments

They promote a package including a 20-minute steam room and sauna session, a 15-minute foam massage, and a 20-minute oil massage. However, they had too many customers and too few therapists . Only the steam room and sauna lasted the full 20 minutes, while both the foam and oil massages were haphazardly done and finished within 15 minutes. If you decide to book with them, make sure to confirm in advance that they will deliver the advertised services for the full stated duration.
