First time divers

I went together with my wife, both of us first-timers. Once on the boat we were greeted by one of the instructors, who was very friendly. After instructions on how to use the diving gear we headed out of the port. The diving place was a small island right next to the port. First dive was mostly so they could take pictures and videos of you with fish (even if you said ealier that you didn't want them). For me it wasn't a very pleasant experience - my mask was either leaky or not on properly because as soon as I went under water the nosepiece was full of water. Came up for a couple of times to get water out and adjust the mask but nothing seemed to help. After the first dive lunch was given out - some nuggets, pasta and salad, and we drove around the island to the next diving spot. I didn't participate in the second dive because after I got out the first time I felt ill and it didn't seem to get much better but I did go for a swim. Water was nice but there were jellyfish nearby so you had to look out for them. My wife did go and said that for the second dive you got to move around more and see some coral reefs and fish. After the second dive we started heading back, there was a little ceremony with handing out certificates for participating where the tour operator tried to get everhone dancing. Positives + good price for first timers (and 2 dives) + friendly and professional instructors + no problems with pick-up Negatives: - staff trying to sell extra courses and videos/photos to a point where it gets uncomfortable - the certificate ceremony felt a bit unnecessary

Nothing negative to say. It was well organised and they genuinely seemed to enjoy teaching and taking care of you at every stage. A really fun day out for all ages, would definitely recommend

This was a terrible experience. From the moment we got on the boat all they wanted was more money. They pushed hard to sell photos even before we got in the water. There were 3 of us, they wanted €75 for them. Our boat then sailed for about 2 min and pulled alongside another very overcrowded one and we all had to board that one and que for 30 min. There were over 50 people waiting to dive. We had 2 very dangerous 5 minute dives. Very badly organised and no information.

This trip is very popular and our guest loved it, I’m sorry that all boat where full this day and they organized transfer to another boat . As you know taking video / photo is always extra, so team does announce about prices before the trip it is nothing about pushing to buy it. All staff speaks English and does give information about activities. Have a nice day !
