Rafting & Canyoning

It's a long day but well worth it. We were in smallgroop of 5, myself and son and a Polish couple and their son. As we were doing canyoning after getting our safety equipment we hitched a ride with jeep safari higher up the canyon then our guide/captain Tahil (?) took us through the canyon on land then in the water telling us where was safe and where to beware. He ran off in front shouting hurry up and my son loved trying to keep up with him. The slower ones helped each other and Tahil kept checking on everyone and told us to put phones/cameras away when need to watch where we were going and he would stop at best place for photos. He warned us how cold water was going to be before we slid in and in the longer swim parts we all helped each other despite language barrier and everyone had great time. In the raft my son called Tahil crazy as he was always splashing everyone, diving into the rapids leaving us then climbing back in, we "kidnapped" someone off another raft then rowed off and made them swim back. All the rafts and captains encouraged,competed and helped each other and all the people in our raft and other rafts no matter what their age were laughing and splashing each other. The meal afterwards was basic but good value and tasty, chicken kebab, cous cous, pasta,salad & bread. The only downside was the long wait after the meal where they tried to sell you videos/photos before we did the zip line across the river and back again, but they weren't pushy and it didn't affect us enjoying our day. My son liked the rafting but loved the canyoning and would have preferred more of it.
