What To Expect

Start with pickup at your hotel at roughly 7pm, then drive to the medieval Alanya Castle, whose dramatic fortifications command views of the Mediterranean Sea. Soft drinks and wine will be served as you watch the sunset from the castle, with plenty of time to enjoy the spot before you continue to the castle’s restaurant for dinner. Choose between two different set dinner menus—chicken or meat balls—and dine with views across the city skyline while the first stars appear.

After dinner, head back to the jeep for a 30-minute trip into the Taurus Mountains, driving off-road to a nomadic-style tent. Sit down for a series of cultural shows, see a belly dancer perform, and try smoking a traditional water pipe. At roughly 12:30am, begin the return trip back to Alanya, where this evening adventure concludes with drop-off at your hotel.
