My husband had an injury just before the horse riding about 19 hours before when I informed them about it, they did not care and refused to refund the money very bad customer service my husband getting injured was not our fault but yet I was told I could not get anything back

As the cancellation made 19 hours before the tour, we could not accept to make a refund and this being a bad customer service. Our refund policy on our web site clearly states that there will be no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour date. Customer's injury is not our fault. Therefore it is not fair at all to put a 1 star review when our refund policy is very clear at the Terms and Conditions section of our web site.
