This was a great day starting off with a long boat ride and then snorkeling in the most beautiful place. Water so blue and clear. Lots of fish to see. Then another boat ride to Whitehaven beach which was stunningly spectacular. Climb up the hill a bit strenuous but worth it. We had a small group which was great. Great lunch and water provided. Staff helpful and friendly. Great day but tiring. Would definitely do again.

Unfortunately, the viper had mechanical issues and we had to turn around shortly after leaving the marina. The viper crew were great - they tried to find alternative options for us to get out to the reef and were very apologetic. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a replacement boat but we’ve been assured of a full refund.
Honestly, I had an awful experience with this company. I decided to book with them because they seemed like a professional and trustworthy business, but the reality was completely different. The customer service was terrible, the organization was a mess, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
On the day of the tour, I was told I would be picked up from my hotel at 7:32 a.m. I waited until 7:47 a.m., and no one showed up. I didn’t receive a phone call or even a message to explain the delay. Since the tour was scheduled to leave at 8:00 a.m., I had no choice but to pay for an Uber at my own expense so I wouldn’t miss a tour that I had already paid for.
What happened next was even worse. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, the woman who attended me started yelling at me and blaming me, as if the mistake had been mine. Her attitude was completely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I felt humiliated, and it completely ruined the experience.
A company that treats its customers this way and refuses to take responsibility for its own mistakes does not deserve to be recommended. I will never book with them again, and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
We flew up from Sydney just for this one day trip and they canceled it after we were already here and told us that they had to cancel several days in a row already. Wish they communicated that earlier.
Staff members are great, very helpful and friendly. They will give you heads up what to expect and time table of activities. Kudos to the 3 of them
Sites we visited was just majestic and spectacular, super breathtaking.

I would highly recommend this adventure tour. We had a great day out around the Whitsunday Islands. Nico, Hayley and Maddie were also great tour guides as they were helpful and friendly.
Loved the boat we went out in, then stopped at a lookout on Hill Inlet with great views. Had a gorgeous swim on Whitehaven Beach, then a lovely time snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef, where we saw some beautiful fish and coral.
The fast journey back was a thrilling end to the day.

The trip was amazing, the boat was fun and fast to get us out to the reef for snorkelling. The crew on board were friendly, professional and good fun.
The food and drinks offered was also great, plenty of choice and lots of it. The trip is definitely worth the cost to get round to the reef, Whitehaven beach and the hill inlet lookout in one day without feeling rushed at any of the places. The stinger suits provided were also good quality. Loved it.
We fully enjoyed our tour with Viper. This is the only tour (not sure whether it is the only one, but it is the only one among the ones I looked at) that takes you to the outer greater barrier reef for snorkelling. The underwater view was magnificent despite my minimal snorkelling skill. We went on a cloudy day. The views from the lookout and Whitehaven beach were still amazing.

It was a fantastic day out with Sean, Will and Nico. Felt safe and looked after at all times. Whitsundays as one of the firsts of the day with no one to share. The playlist on the boat was great. Whales cut the snorkeling short, but worth it! 11 out of 10. Be seafest or stock up on ginger gummies though!
We went to the reef first ( captain’s decision). It takes about an hour to get there and it can be bumpy. Several people felt sick and were moved to the back ( asked to switch seats with others as all seats in use ). The boat itself is quick, but there isn’t much space to put anything, so keep it light ( towel, sunscreen, small bag at most) once at the reef everything was good. The reef is pretty healthy, we saw plenty of different types of fish, but no sharks, rays, or eels unfortunately. There was a pretty good current, but manageable if you are a good swimmer. After the reef, there was another not quite as long ride to Whitehaven Beach. Here we had lunch, which was fine, and then given a nice amount of time on the beach. Afterwards we took a short ride to the Hill Inlet lookout for the really amazing view. After this it was a relatively easy ride back to the start of our trip. If you can, scuba dive the reef, that is better in my opinion. I have and would do that separately. Then, take another trip to Whitehaven if I were to do this again. That being said, if you are short on time this is a good option. I did it for my daughter, who had never been to the Great Barrier Reef before.
The guides were so knowledgeable and made sure everyone had fun no matter what their experience level was also the food was superior to any tour I’ve been on. Lots of time at the beach and to snorkel the boat ride was amazing. This was my favourite tour we literally saw everything in a day having the fastest boat made such a difference. We went to a few extra spots and saw way more than advertised thanks to the experienced captain. Things I was worried about were the seats on the boat but they were super padded and comfortable.
Absolutely amazing experience, we snorkelled the great barrier reef seeing the most amazing fish 🐠 then went to hill inlet and walked to the lookouts with spectacular views back to the boat for buffet style linch then onto Whitehaven beach where my partner proposed to me on his birthday 💕 💍of course i said yes ♥️such an amazing day .

Hill inlet Whitehaven beach , disappointed at the care given to my partner Fran who stated she was not a swimmer and trying to get of the back deck of the boat injured her knee then became overwhelmed by what happened and didn’t go back in , I would have thought someone would have helped her in as I was in the water ready for her to come in , she did state that she was not a swimmer but felt confident enough with her vest , noddle and knowing i was in the water waiting for her , something to think about on your next outing .

Additionally, though the lunch was nice, we did not get much as we were among the last to eat, and it was almost all already gone. Overall we enjoyed the day, but felt some aspects of the trip could be improved upon.
