Great customer service and knowledgeable guide

We booked very late the night before our trip which could have caused some issues but the customer service from Ibrahim was excellent and he was able to sort us out to get picked up from our hotel and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and even called us after to make sure we had had a good time. Our guide Ali was a lovely man and very knowledgeable about everywhere he took us giving a very personal experience and helping us navigate the souks and finding the best spots for pictures and experiences!
