Nobody showed up to pick up up, the tour operator won’t respond to messages sent via Viator and the phone number used in the email booking confirmation isn’t the operators number, I had somebody from our hotel who speaks Arabic call the number listed and they advised they don’t run the company, feel like we have been scammed and now requesting our money back from Viator.

Unfortunately we had to cancel this trip because one of our group was too physically disabled to make the journey. However, the company were excellent & empathetic communicators... They provided us with a full refund & helped us very quickly. Highly recommend the tour operator & commend them for their communication & honesty.
