Went to Paradise Valley with Union Travel. Esham and Rasheed from Union travel were very helpful. We had a great experience. Some one from the group excidently took 2 jackets of ours but we got them delivered next day to our hotel. Thank you both. Also, Abigael from Viator was great. She made our booking process very easy. She assisted us for almost 30 mins on call even when we were experiencing alot of disturbance in our network connection. A great thank to all ... Kind Regards Salman

Our driver was nearly an hour late (rubber time), but a nice chap though his English wasn’t great for an English guide. Stopped off at the first town for some bananas to sample, then a tour of an Argan oil shop, didn’t do the hard sell and very good in house English guide to show us round. Then off to paradise valley, our guide very attentive on the path, led us to our particular shack, then left us to our own devices, a few drinks and snacks available here, had a swim in the waters, which are a lot lower than normal due to lack of rain, and not quite how it’s portrayed, then safely returned to hotel. A pleasant half day, Enjoyable without being spectacular, you need to imagine how amazing paradise valley was before civilisation discovered it (like many other areas of natural beauty).

La recogida era a las 8.00 am, 1 hora más tarde y después de haber llamado varias veces al teléfono de contacto nos recogieron en nuestro hotel, aún fuimos recogiendo varias personas en varios hoteles más. Furgoneta correcta, primera parada puesto de compras de Argan, perfumes, etc.. Segunda parada puesto compras cerámicas y diversas cosas, con el pretexto de foto panorámica de palmeral, A la tercera, llegamos a Paradise valley, después de un recorrido por una senda de unos 15 minutos llegamos a una especie de canal con poca agua, con unas pozas donde han montado unos chiringuitos para tomar algo y sacarse un dinero. En la poza el agua nos llegaba por la cintura. Expresamos nuestra queja al guía sobre que aquelllo donde estamos, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos vistas cuando contratamos la excursión, nos responde que esto es lo que hay pues hace 3 años que no llueve. Nos dan 2 horas para estar en la zona de las pozas y volvemos a pleno sol hacia la furgoneta, la cual en vez de estar preparada esperándonos con el aire acondicionado puesto y después de los 15 minutos de caminata a pleno sol, nos volvemos hacia los hoteles sudorosos y con el aire sin funcionar tuvimos que pedir que al menos abrieran las ventanillas para que corriera el aire. Lo que en teoría pone que es una excursión de 5 horas se convierte, primero por la demora, luego por las visitas a las tiendas en 3 horas de excursión real a un sitio que no se parece en nada a las fotos que te enseñan cuando contratas la excursión. UN POCO DE SERIEDAD SEÑORES DE VIATOR, sepan ustedes con quien trabajan y asegúrense de que lo ofrecido es real. Me gustaría que me devolvieran mi dinero ya que me siento engañado.

L'équipe est cordiale mais le tour est fort cher et bien trop court sur place pour son prix: à peine 1 grosse heure pour nager et profiter de la vallée.... car en fait le circuit est combiné à des pauses "shopping" locales (poterie, huile d'argan) et franchement, mieux vaut payer un TAXI sur place depuis Agadir pour 300 Dirhams (30 euros) qui sera à votre disposition et qui vous permettra d'y passer une vraie belle demi-journée

Quant au stand de shopping, on s'arrête une fois pour voir le jardin botanique et découvrir quelques herbes, ainsi que d’argan et quelques types d'épices.
