The staff were very friendly, but the atmosphere was not very relaxing. The place was not like the photos shown- it was quite basic. The hamman with scrub was ok but whilst you were left in the room to relax, I could hear a loud washing machine, people watching videos on their phones and talking loudly. It was not a very calming environment. The massage was quite nice (not the best or the worst I have had), but people kept coming in to the room to talk to the massage therapist so it was difficult to relax fully. Overall it was ok for the price, but I wouldnt recommend it.

Pick up was 40 minutes late. We got picked up in an old banger. Thats the only words to describe our transport. The clutch was not good and the driver had to keep pumping it and many times he stalled. Eventually we are arranged at the spa after detouring to pick up another couple. The scrub and the massage was great. But so unorganised. We was asked to go into a room to get changed. While doing so the curtain was opened at least twice. Then we was taken out of the room and then back in the room, then out again. When we went for our massages my table was against the wall. I thought it would get pulled out first. Nope once she had started my table then got dragged across the room. Not very peaceful. Non stop dogs barking and then the mosque started calling for prays which is very loud. Basically all we could do was laugh about it. Would not recommend. Also the lady who was in charge moaned to us about the fact she couldnt get girls who wanted to work etc etc. No very professional at all. Shame as the scrub and the massage where great.

Nous avons pris un hammam + gommage + massage de nombreuses choses à changer pour s améliorer tout d abord on est installées dans une pièce où se trouve 3 tables de massage avec un rideau aucune décoration au mur dommage ça manque de bougie tableau décoration une applique orientale ça manque pas au souk! c est un peu froid une peinture bleu ciel au mur et une applique ronde ! Une peu d orientalisme serait le bienvenue pour nous mettre dans l ambiance. Pendant qu'on se déshabille le personnel entre alors que nous sommes a moitié a poils laissez un temps raisonnable le temps qu'on enfile le slip papier et le peignoir! Le hammam avec gommage même si la pièce est dans un coin il serait bienvenue de pas laisser la porte ouverte quand on est nu dedans le froid rentre et pour la pudeur a faire attention . Le gommage un peu trop fort mais forcément efficace! Après on nous amène dans la salle avec le rideau pour le massage attention vos tables manquent de préparation j avais la tête sur le simili cuir abîmé pensez a bien protéger toute la table avec des serviettes sinon c est désagréable. On nous installe sur les tables... Et le personnel part! On attends..... On attends longtemps...du moins le temps nous a paru très très long!!!! Je dirai au moins 30 minutes. Si bien que je descends de la table remet mon peignoir pour allez voir si on nous a pas oubliéo n me dit que non et on m explique qu'il faut laisser le temps a la circulation sanguine de redescendre ok j aurai juste aimé le savoir avant mais bon sûrement barrière de la langue le personnel qui nous a fait le hammam ne parlait pas bien le français. On aurait dû nous l'expliquer à l entrée. Le massage pour ma part trop trop fort et douloureux avec la tête dans le simili pas très agréable. Après on nous donne nos affaires on se rhabille et la 2 minutes après les masseuses reviennent en nous disant quel vont nous faire un soin de visage heu.... J avoue que je suis plus dedans! Bon nous revoilà sur la table de massage moi avec mes tennis! Bref un sketch! Ça manque d organisation c est décousu! Attention au massage très trop fort! C est douloureux si non maîtrisé ! Malheureusement c est notre pire expérience a agadir! Tout cela ne sont que des conseils pour vous améliorer et offrir des services de qualité. Heureusement j ai payer que 600 drh pour 2 sur viator là où au centre on me demandé 600 drh pour 1 soit 120 euros! Ouf j avais déjà payé! Pour le coup je vous déconseille ce centre sauf s'il prennent en considération les remarques et s améliore.
