Overview
There’s no better way to experience Morocco’s natural wonders than from high on the back of a camel, Sahara style. On this door-to-door tour, there’s no need to haggle with camel boys. Just choose whether to ride a camel or a horse through the sand dunes, eucalypt forests, and Berber villages of Souss-Massa National Park just south of Agadir. In winter, the region comes alive with migrating birds.

Such a lovely experience ! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was very nervous going on the camel in the beginning but they calmed me down and reassured me every step of the way and made me feel safe ! Beautiful scenery. Would definitely recommend best ride tours to my friends in the future !

I enjoyed my 2 hr ride, on a camel called Cappuccino. The route turns by a river, where I was lucky enough to see a flock of flamingo's land.
The guide is well trained in taking photos for you. This is a very good value for money experience. One tip - put on insect repellent for this one.

I was quite lucky to get more than just a camel ride because I was with other tourists on a viator tour. We were the only tourist that went to a true market where only locals went which was quite an experience. The camel ride was hilarious.

From the pick up at our location to the carmel ridding, the service was excellent. The young person that took us round was amazing though with little English he still tried to communicate and reassure us(we gave him a tip at the end, for a job well done ) we were also taken to the natural product shop at the end which came in handy as we were able to buy items that we needed....It was a pleasant experience.

We absolutely loved riding the camels, it was a once in a lifetime experience. The only negative was the tour operator. WARNING: he took us to the camel riding and then on a city tour on the way back to the cruise ship. But, then he proceeded to tell everyone the your wasn’t included in the price and forced us all to pay him $20 a piece to go back to the shop. I think ViaTor needs to know this is happening because that was a ripoff.

When in Agadir, one simply must try riding a camel! The guide collected me from the hotel promptly and drove me to where the camels were. Note that there is no safety equipment - no hard hats or stirrups-- but the camel felt very calm and didn't react when we passed horses, dogs and other camels. The guide took photos at several points. We didn't see many flamingoes but I enjoyed the route. On the way back to the hotel, the guide took me to a cooperative when they make and sell argan oil but there was no pressure to buy. The price on viator is cheaper than many of the camel riding excursions advertised in Agadir. The guide was good at communicating with WhatsApp and answered the questions I had before the trip.

The booking process was smooth from start to finish. My guide Walid, arrived before the pick up time which meant that my excursion began on time. Throughout the journey, Walid was professional and friendly engaging in conversation enlightening me about the local area as well as suggesting other sights/shopping that I could explore. My actual camel ride was perfect. It was my first experience and my guide Mustafa was reassuring throughout and was happy to take some great pictures of me riding camel Ramada.

On time, clean vehicle, polite, knowledgeable, helpful. We had 1 1/2 hour camel walk. Then he offered a tour of the town by van. Market, fortress, beach. It was a great bonus.

Our driver was friendly and the location wasn't very from from our hotel.
I went riding with my mother and fortunately enough for her, she had been camel riding before in Turkey, however it was my first time.
Our camel guide was a lovely welcoming gentleman. He took us pass the kings palace which was one of many lovely estates.
I thought that there might have been a bit more to the ride in terms of the camel riding path that we took but we were satisficed with our tutor.
My mother's camel was a little naughty in the sense that she decided to go down on one knee mid way through walking.
I found it a bit funny, however, my mother not so much. She didn't fall off at all, it was just a little unexpected. However, it added to our experience and memories.
We also went past one of the rivers and saw some flamingos.
They were at a bit of a distance so I was unable to get a clear picture of them, however, just seeing them was enough for us to take in and storage into our memory banks.
I'm always surprised by how strong camels are and how much they can carry. Amazing animals, truly and I loved the colours on the camel that allowed my to ride him, he was just beautiful with a mix of two colours on his coat and a lovely pair of eyes to suit too.
All in all, we were happy with our experience and I think my mother smiling away in her picture proves that to be true.
I'm shocked that I have owned a camera phone for years and am still unable to take good pictures, for shame. Thankfully, our guide was a great cameraman.

I hope to do it again one day, perhaps in the Sahara or is that a bit too adventurous ...

We absolutely loved this camel ride tour ! It was one of the best trips we have done ! Our driver was lovely who took us to the place where the camels are kept ready for the ride. The 2 guys who actually took us on the ride were totally amazing so funny. They took their time and took some really fab pics and videos of us all on the camels. This tour is one of the best don't book it anywhere else - its real value for money and you will have a great time ! Highly recommend !

Our pick up was prompt and professional, our host took us on a full hour excursion walking alongside our camels. Both very friendly, we had a great experience, just make sure you are physically able to do the journey on camel back!

Camel ride was 1.5 hours in total. The whole experience including pick-up and drop-off (Central Agadir Hotel) was 2.5 hour. Pleasant experience, wear insect repellent if you go after 4pm and are allergic to bites.
Beware, the camels may splash you with urine, which attracts biting insects.

La partie chameau et le monsieur était très bien, en revanche le chauffeur a essayé de nous arnaquer en nous disant qu'il fallait payer le transport alors qu'il est compris dans le prix!!!

mais vous vous habitez chez l 'habitant dans la ville à coté de Agadir s'appel déchira et vous avez demandé déjà , est ce que on va prendre un taxi pour arrivée dans la ville ? jai répondu , non on va s'occupé pour vous est sera payable .
normalement dans nous programme à l'extérieur de la ville 10€ par personne de plus .

Ich habe ein Tag vorher gebucht und alles hat perfekt geklappt!
Wir wurden pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt und zu den Kamelen gebracht. Burj ist mega lieb und fürsorglich.
Man wurde mit den Kamelen zu einem Fluss gebracht , da konnte man Bilder machen etc.
Für den Preis kann man gar nichts sagen! War eine mega Erfahrung

Fortement recommandé - les chameaux sont bien soignés dans une petite ferme. Ils ont beaucoup d'ombre, beaucoup de bonne nourriture, capables de se détendre lorsqu'ils ne travaillent pas. Notre guide de chameau était très bon et arrangeant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix et une super expérience !

Prise en charge directement à la sortie du bateau avec chauffeur qui avait notre nom. Parle francais comme demandé lors de l'achat. Très poli et nous explique beaucoup de faits historiques et nous donne des descriptions lorsque nous passons à côté de quelque chose d'intéressant. Guide pour le chameau très gentil aussi. Nous explique ce que nous voyons lors de la randonnée, prends des photos de nous avdc nos appareils pour capturer de bons souvenirs. Retour au guide qui nous offre des oranges fraîchement cueillies qui étaient délicieuses. Nous offre de faire un tour de ville guidé. Très intéressant et super bien expliqué. Nous amène dans un souk local et nous explique le fonctionnement, nous aide à marchander et nous donne les prix justes à ne pas dépasser. Nous a amené à différents endroits de la ville et ensuite aux ruines, tout en haut de la montagne où s'offre à nous une vue magnifique. Nous a amené à la promenade où nous avons pu marcher à notre guise. Retour au bateau et ne nous demande rien pour sa visite guidée qui a duré près de 3h30.

Wir haben diese Tour bereits vor drei Jahren gemacht. Wir haben versucht etwas anderes zu finden, aber obwohl es immer etwas anders klingt ( je nach Anbieter) landet man doch immer bei der gleichen Farm.
Die Abholung hat super geklappt.
Die Kinder fanden es großartig. Man darf es nicht mit einer gebuchten Tour in Deutschland oder Europa vergleichen. Es ist marokkanischer Standard. Das hat und nicht so gestört. Alle waren gewohnt freundlich und geduldig mit uns.
Den Stern Abzug gibt es , weil die Tour doch deutlich kürzer war als 2 Stunden.

Les dromadaires semblaient trop sollicités par les balades et un peu trop sur-exploités/agressifs.
Il faudrait étudier des pauses plus grandes pour les dromadaires en échange d'un tarif un peu plus élevé si besoin.

Der Ausflug vom Schiff zu den Kamelen war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Wir wurden im Hafen pünktlich abgeholt. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und sprach gut deutsch. Der Kamelritt dauerte 2 Stunden und war sehr lustig. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können alles nur weiterempfehlen.
