Do not use these people absolutely useless. Make you wait for an hour as they’re running late. Then don’t bother to turn up. Give some excuse they went to the wrong hotel. Won’t pick up their phone either.

The pickup was scheduled on time at the hotel address provided in your reservation. Unfortunately, there are two hotels with the same name located in different areas, approximately 30 km apart. Our driver waited at the confirmed location at the scheduled time, but there was no show. We later discovered that you were staying at the other hotel with the same name, which was not the address submitted in your booking. Due to the distance and scheduling constraints, it was not possible to send the vehicle to a different location without prior notice. This alternative pickup is available only as an extra option, which was not selected. We always encourage guests to double-check their hotel details at the time of booking to avoid misunderstandings like this. We regret the inconvenience, but the issue was caused by incorrect information provided in the reservation.
