Horrible experience

My worst experience with tour! They pick me up late and make me wait for more than one hour for a bus, which was very durty, old and bad smelling! That take us one hour of the Ferrari World (so literally you will have just 3 hours to make the park). They stopped in two markets and last at least 45’minutes on each, then passed you fast through the city, you don’t even have time to take a good picture! Finally we decided to take a taxi back to our hotel! They don’t care about the people!

Dear Guest, Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoyed the tour but the tour was exactly as per the itinerary. There is specific amount of time being spent on each place and we cannot exceed that because its sharing basis transfers. You should have considered taking private tour if you wanted to spend extra time on certain place. The sharing tour follows the itinerary. Furthermore, you decided to take the taxi to hotel because you wanted to spend more time at certain place and other guests couldn't wait for you, that doesn't imply we don't care about our guests. As far as your remarks about the bus conditions, our vehicles are sanitised and washed everyday but still we will investigate if it was dirty and rectify the issue Have a good day

Nice visit outside Dubai

Pick up time was informed one day before and was on time. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is memorable place. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque visit had a very busy schedule about 1,5h in rush-hour. Minimum for that visit should be 2hours in rush hour. Viator gave voucher which you can’t change anywhere but the mosque staff advised to register on the internet page to get an entry qr code. Viator could provide more information about the very strict dress code. Even we had normal covering clothes and scarfs mosque staff want girls to buy from mosque shop a covering robe. Abu dhabi tour was general sightseeing tour without special stops. Emirates palace is not included that so why viator advertise it at all. Ferrari world theme park is nice place with lot of different kind of activities. I think that about 4 hour with eat stop is enough for that place if there no rush hour.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We would like to address that the dress code is mentioned in the ticket already with details. Furthermore there is specific time for every place to be visited so mosque has specific time window so that the other places in the tours are not missed. Emirates Palace is a hotel so it is not allowed for tourists to enter thats why its only for passing by and taking pictures. Overall we are happy that you enjoyed the tour.
