Kudos to Chef Fillipo!!
Filippo was an absolute pleasure to pass the time with for 4 hours! He was very thorough, instructed well, and had a great sense of humor! During our course and after, we could not wait to buy some of the kitchen tools to make our own pasta! Who knew it would be that simple! Filippo made it effortless to learn! The location of the class was absolutely beautiful, cozy and romantic! I could not have imagined it any other way!! Definitely a must do!

Wonderful Experience
Chef Marta was our instructor, and we loved how she taught the tricks of hand made pasta. As a group we prepared the food, then ate together... I was impressed with how our pasta turned out, and so much fun getting to know fellow travelers. Thank you Marta for hosting a wonderful evening 😊

Barbara and Martha were...
Barbara and Martha were both fantastic, passionate and engaging. The tiramisu making process was explained precisely as was the making of the pasta. A great and rewarding experience with the ability to share the experience with other travellers. A must do in Venice!

Excellent cooking experience!
Matilde has found her calling!!! This amazing and energetic chef is a burst of energy and incredibly passionate about her work. She invited us in like we were instant friends. All smiles, laughter, and fun, she’s also talented in the kitchen and happy to share veteran Italian cooking techniques. We made the dough and learned to make fettuccine and two kinds of ravioli along with two sauces. We also watched Matilde make traditional gelato with a machine, which we shared for dessert. Only 6 participants, it’s the perfect small-group cooking activity. Highly recommend, especially because the chef is so wonderful.

Its cultural and artistic treasures notwithstanding, Italy is a first and foremost a country for foodies. Eating might as well be a national pastime, and it’s one that visitors and residents alike enjoy. To take eating well to the next level, there are dozens of Venice cooking classes to choose from during your stay in the canal city. Shop with a guide in a Venetian market and learn to make Italian staples like fresh pasta or risotto. You can even make some cicchetti, the traditional Venetian small plates locals love to nibble along with a glass of wine.
