Kousei was a very friendly and enthusiastic tour guide. The communication and instructions before the trip started was clear, he is very helpful.
We unfortunately did not see Mount Fuji, but we did get a great impression of the area around Mount Fuji.
The bus ride is about 2 hours back and forth each from Tokyo.

Wonderful city tour
Mike picked us up at the cruise terminal and took us in a wonderful city tour. We saw all the highlights, had ample time to explore at the stops. Mike was an excellent driver and got us to all the top spots with ease. He even stopped at a nice ramen restaurant for it lunch and returned us to our hotel at the end is the tour. We were very happy with the tour.

For the best photos in years
Our guide was not only great at knowing the area and the places that were best to shoot - he could tell each of the three of us that were in the group how to improve where we were - and we were all really different. We went to several different places in Shinjuku and Shibuya that were good for getting some great photos (and I wouldn’t have ever found), picking up the energy of the place, and turning it into a good photo that reflects what the place is like. It was one of the nicest tours I have been on.

Nikko : a day well spent!
Nikko was a beautiful experience and our guide melody was very good. She had good knowledge about Tokyo, Nikko and Japan in general. The Shinto shrine was beautiful and everything was explained well to us. We finished early and melody took some of us to the beautiful bridge which surprisingly is not a part of the tour. It’s breathtaking view and shud definitely be included. The waterfall and lake were stunning too and was a good change from Tokyo. We loved it all

We kicked off our trip to...
We kicked off our trip to Tokyo with Bicycle Tours Tokyo, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the city. Our guide, Gaku, was absolutely fantastic!
From the very beginning, everything was incredibly well organized. We received clear instructions before the tour, making it easy to find the meeting point and know exactly what to expect. Once we met Gaku, we immediately knew we were in great hands. His English was exceptional, he was incredibly friendly, and he had an answer for every question we threw his way.
The tour itself was an amazing way to experience Tokyo. Despite how enormous the city is, we were able to see and learn about so much in just one tour. Gaku brought the city to life with fascinating stories and history as we visited shrines, the Imperial Palace grounds, government buildings, and other incredible parts of Tokyo. It was so much more than simply riding a bike around the city — we got a real feel for Tokyo and its history along the way.
This was one of the highlights of our trip and an experience we’ll remember for a very long time. If you’re visiting Tokyo and want to see a lot of the city while learning from someone who genuinely enjoys sharing it with visitors, I highly recommend booking a tour with Gaku. We would absolutely do it again!

If you are not a seafood...
If you are not a seafood lover pick up dinner or a late lunch while in Kamakura. The only restaurants in Enoshima serve mostly fish dishes.
Other than that it was a fun excursion filled with Temples and Shrines and seeing one of the largest Buddha's in Japan.
Our tour guide Mitzi was wonderful and told some entertaining stories while on the bus going from location to location.

Mount Fuji is high maintenance but Eric San is so kind.
This is the best thing. Order food when offered. Travel time is a bit of hit and miss based on traffic. Nothing Viator can control.
1) Be on time at the designated spot. Japanese people are supremely punctual.
2) Be very respectful of local people especially in villages. They are very kind and inviting: don’t abuse their good nature and hospitality.
3) bring battery packs for phones. You will be filming non-stop
4) Bring Japanese Yen for small purchases.
Our guide Eric San was so good and polite and just the kindest guy. He made our trip memorable.

Awesome tour, great value
First, I’d like to recognize and recommend our tour guide, Nozomi, for her outstanding performance, great customer service and her deep knowledge of the subject. Our visit to Nikko and the World Heritage sites will leave in our memories and our hearts an indelible impression forever.

Make sure you go - go karting in tokyo
Make sure you bring some change with you (cold drinks at the vending machine, sunscreen and a tye-able hat. Marky was our guide and we had a lot of fun whipping through the city. He took a bunch of pictures for us and we got to view some cools spots around Tokyo! I was a little nervous as I have never driven in a foreign country but Marky and Jordan made me feel comfortable within the first 5 minutes!

Great tour and food, excellent guide!
My husband and I had a great time trying new foods with Masa. He was very friendly, and happy to answer our many questions! Very different than other food tours we've taken in the past, but definitely one of our favorites! Highly recommend (and try something you wouldn't normally eat. You might like it. I did!)

Worth the tour
Very interesting hearing so much history. Do not, however, go on a Monday as the local shops they say you will see are closed. That was disappointing, but recovered as we were here in April and got to see the Azeala festival at one of the many shrines we saw. Yoshida was a great tour guide showing us a few things we would never have seen on our own

A day in tokyo
Fantastic day out. Exhausting and difficult at times because of mobility issues. The public transport system is not as catering for the disabled as previously expected. There are a lot of steps to encounter. But Akiri, our guide, was very adaptable and much appreciated. Thank you Akiri.
