Beautiful Scenery, Excellent Organization, and Great Value
This was an outstanding day trip and one of the highlights of my time in Japan. Everything was exceptionally well organized, from the check-in process to the transportation between each stop. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and allowed us to experience a wonderful mix of natural beauty and iconic sights, including Lake Ashi, the Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji.
The guide did an excellent job keeping the group informed, on schedule, and entertained throughout the day. Instructions were always clear, making the experience completely stress-free even for first-time visitors to Japan.
The bus was comfortable, the timing at each stop felt just right, and I appreciated not having to worry about navigating public transportation or coordinating tickets. Everything was handled seamlessly.
If you’re looking for an efficient and enjoyable way to experience the Mount Fuji and Hakone area in a single day, I highly recommend this tour. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic introduction to some of Japan’s most beautiful landscapes.

BEST Way to See Tokyo on a BIKE
Gaku (Gakuto Miura) was our guide and this was EASILY THE BEST PART OF OUR TOKYO TRIP! We covered all the main Temples, shrines, Imperial Palace, and rode through back streets and busy intersections. We grabbed lunch at a local grocery store continuing on to eat at the Harbor. It was awesome. I had my two teenage kids with me. We made frequent stops for hydration breaks but 17 miles in 94F heat was so much fun because our guide made sure to pause often (plus he provided neck ice packs while we rode so we stayed cool in the hot temps.
Highlights: Yoyogi Shrine then bike ride to Yoyogi Park nice and shaded
Zozoji shrine
imperial Palace
Nissan crossing, Shinjuku, Tokyo Gov Building w 55 seconds elevator ride up to the observatory. Great pics feom the top and what a fun way to see Tokyo!!

A smooth experience
Our driver was exactly where she had said he would be (we contacted a couple of days before to ascertain) with a large legible sign. We were escorted to a taxi stand where he left us while he located and pulled up our vehicle. All in all the very smooth experience.

Amazing Private tour with Kahori
Our tour in Tokyo was fantastic. Our guide, Kahori, contacted me shortly after scheduling the tour through Viator. She explained who she was, a bit about her experience and gave our group an example itinerary to help us choose places we were interested in. Our group had a few travelers with extreme dietary restrictions/ allergies. Kahori helped us find and research several places that would accommodate our needs. Kahori checked in with our group to remind us of the tour and was very attentive to our groups suggestions.
On the day of the tour she was waiting for us in the lobby of the hotel and was extremely friendly and punctual. We visited 5 different areas across Tokyo (Senso Ji temple, Imperial Palace Gardens, Shibuya Crossing, Tokyo Tower, Metropolitan government building). Although we did do everything, I would suggest sticking to a specific area as we found we were on a very tight time schedule for 6 hours. We truly underestimated how sprawling the city is.
We ended the trip with lunch at Tempura Asakusa Sakura. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our group.
The tour was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Highlights of our Japan trip !!!
We did the Tokyo tour first and had such a great experience that we ended up booking the Fuji tour too, both days were excellent! The tours were comfortable, relaxed, and a great way to see places we probably wouldn’t have managed as easily on our own !!
Out of everything we did during our Asia trip, these tours were definitely a highlight for us ❤️❤️

One of our favorite things in Tokyo!!
This was a 10/10 experience!! We had an amazing guide who took us around the city, taking photos of us and making sure we all had turns in the front. The Rainbow Bridge was a big highlight, and you get to go on it twice. We did the mid-day option which we loved, as there wasn’t much traffic so we could go fast. We loved our time and highly recommend this company!!

It was a rainy day, but...
It was a rainy day, but the bus left on time, and our guide, Mitsuko, was very informative, entertaining, and helpful. If she could make the rain and clouds disappear, she would, just so everyone could see Mt Fuji. Despite not seeing Mt Fuji, the rest of the sights were great, and the drive was smooth and uneventful.

Great tour and food, excellent guide!
My husband and I had a great time trying new foods with Masa. He was very friendly, and happy to answer our many questions! Very different than other food tours we've taken in the past, but definitely one of our favorites! Highly recommend (and try something you wouldn't normally eat. You might like it. I did!)

Great tour with lots of local knowledge and tips from Pan
Pan was very friendly and informative. Learnt a lot about Kamakura and Enoshima throughout the trip. It was organised well and had enough time at each location to freely explore without rushing. Highly recommend this tour if you're here for the first time 😁

We had a great time with...
We had a great time with Ryo. We didn’t have anything particular planned and he took us to many great spots. Very helpful and answered all our questions. This tour was our first full day in Tokyo and it was so helpful with Ryo showing us the train stations. Highly recommend.

A peaceful cherry blossom walk away from the crowds
This was a wonderful experience. Our guide was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the morning feel relaxed and personal. We walked through quieter lanes lined with cherry blossoms, away from the busy tourist areas, and got to see a different side of Tokyo. It felt calm, authentic, and unhurried. I really appreciated the slower pace and the chance to just take it all in.

A day in tokyo
Fantastic day out. Exhausting and difficult at times because of mobility issues. The public transport system is not as catering for the disabled as previously expected. There are a lot of steps to encounter. But Akiri, our guide, was very adaptable and much appreciated. Thank you Akiri.
